某垃圾發(fā)電廠職業(yè)病危害現(xiàn)狀分析與評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:目的明確某垃圾發(fā)電廠職業(yè)病危害因素及其接觸水平、職業(yè)病防護(hù)設(shè)施和職業(yè)衛(wèi)生管理措施的效果,提出對(duì)策與建議,為職業(yè)衛(wèi)生監(jiān)管及企業(yè)職業(yè)病防治的日常管理提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對(duì)企業(yè)進(jìn)行職業(yè)衛(wèi)生調(diào)查、對(duì)作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行危害因素檢測(cè)并分析。通過收集相關(guān)資料、職業(yè)衛(wèi)生現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查、職業(yè)衛(wèi)生檢測(cè)及檢查表法等方法進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果該企業(yè)主要職業(yè)病危害因素是粉塵、氮氧化物、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化硫、氨、甲苯、鹽酸、氫氧化鈉、氨、硫化氫、噪聲等,其中飛灰打包崗位粉塵濃度最高達(dá)2.9 mg/m3,是矽塵PC-TWA的2.9倍,危害程度Ⅰ級(jí)。超過職業(yè)接觸限值,其余各崗位的粉塵濃度、毒物濃度、噪聲強(qiáng)度均符合職業(yè)衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。結(jié)論該企業(yè)屬于職業(yè)病危害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)嚴(yán)重項(xiàng)目,職業(yè)病危害防護(hù)效果及措施基本符合職業(yè)衛(wèi)生要求,建議進(jìn)一步建立健全各項(xiàng)職業(yè)衛(wèi)生管理制度和應(yīng)急救援預(yù)案。

Methods Occupational health survey was carried out in enterprises and hazard factors were detected and analyzed. Through collecting relevant data, occupational health field investigation, occupational health inspection and inspection table method to conduct comprehensive evaluation. Results the main occupational hazards were dust, nitrogen oxide, carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, ammonia, toluene, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, noise, etc. The highest dust concentration of fly ash packing was 2.9 mg/m3, as much as that of silica PC-TWA, and the degree of damage was grade 鈪,
