【摘要】：正生殖保險(xiǎn)是指為了預(yù)防男性生精功能可能出現(xiàn)的不可逆損害,預(yù)先將精子儲存于精子庫中,當(dāng)需要時(shí)再將精子進(jìn)行復(fù)溫,使凍存者在將來能通過輔助生殖技術(shù)生育后代。生殖保險(xiǎn)適宜人群廣泛,有著廣闊的發(fā)展前景,但從我國各精子庫所報(bào)告的數(shù)據(jù)來看,相對于我國龐大的人口數(shù)量,生殖保險(xiǎn)參與人數(shù)是極少數(shù)的。本文從患者角度,研究什么樣的人群會接受生殖保險(xiǎn),何種途徑知曉生殖保險(xiǎn)等問題,從而明確發(fā)展生殖保險(xiǎn)的重點(diǎn)人群以及工作方向。
[Abstract]:Positive reproductive insurance means that in order to prevent the irreversible damage of male spermatogenic function, the sperm is stored in the sperm bank in advance, and then rewarming the sperm when necessary, so that the cryopreservation can bear offspring through assisted reproductive technology in the future. Reproductive insurance is suitable for a wide range of people and has a broad prospect of development. However, according to the data reported by the sperm banks in China, the number of participants in reproductive insurance is very small compared with the large population in China. From the patient's point of view, this paper studies what kind of people will accept reproductive insurance, which way to know reproductive insurance and so on, so as to make clear the key population and work direction of developing reproductive insurance.
