某沿海城市烤魚片中河豚毒素的含量分析及人群膳食暴露評價(jià)
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of tetrodotoxin pollution in roasted fish tablets in a coastal city and to evaluate the dietary exposure risk of tetrodotoxin in roasted fish tablets. It provides the basis for consumer safety consumption and enterprise standard production and risk warning of supervision department. Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to detect tetrodotoxin by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa). Use acute exposure assessment model to evaluate potential risks. Results the positive rate of tetrodotoxin in roasted fish tablets of a coastal city was 40. The virulence range of tetrodotoxin was 0. 10 mg/kg~4.22 mg/kg,. The nontoxic grade sample of 0. 45 MU/g~19.18 MU/g, accounted for 98. 82% of tetrodotoxin. The acute risk index for children, adolescents, adults and the elderly was 100. Conclusion there is tetrodotoxin pollution in roasted fish slices in a coastal city, but most of them are nontoxic, and they are generally safe. The risk of acute dietary exposure of children and adolescents was higher than that of adults and the elderly, and that of women of the same age was slightly higher than that of men. According to the evaluation of tetrodotoxin content in the samples, the acute dietary exposure level of adults and the elderly was in an acceptable safe state when the intake of roasted fish was less than 45 g at a time, and the intake of children and adolescents was less than 15 g at a time.
