【摘要】：目的應(yīng)用多水平線性模型分析陜西省婦女產(chǎn)前檢查與子女出生體重的關(guān)系。方法采用分層多階段隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,于2013年8月-11月間以一對一問卷調(diào)查的方式,收集陜西省2010-2013年懷孕且結(jié)局明確的15~49歲育齡婦女及其子女的信息。分別以婦女產(chǎn)前檢查次數(shù)和子女出生體重作為自變量和因變量,通過逐步校正混雜因素共建立3個多水平線性模型,其中Model 1僅分析產(chǎn)前檢查次數(shù)變量,Model 2在Model 1的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步校正相關(guān)社會人口學(xué)特征因素,Model 3在Model 2的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步校正產(chǎn)次、孕期保健、生活方式及孕期健康狀況等因素。結(jié)果與產(chǎn)前檢查5次組相比,產(chǎn)前檢查≥5次組中婦女的文化程度較高,城鎮(zhèn)居民、生育年齡在20~35歲之間、有工作的較多,家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況較好,經(jīng)產(chǎn)婦較少,首次產(chǎn)檢≤13周的較多,孕期服用葉酸的較多,孕期被動吸煙的較少,孕期患貧血的較多。從Model 1~Mode 3,產(chǎn)前檢查≥5次組子女的出生體重均顯著高于產(chǎn)前檢查5次組者(P0.01)。Model 2與Model 1相比β估計(jì)值降低了28%。校正完所有混雜因素后,Model 3顯示產(chǎn)前檢查≥5次可以使子女的出生體重增加38.78g。結(jié)論提高產(chǎn)前檢查次數(shù),及時發(fā)現(xiàn)并調(diào)整相關(guān)因素,可提高子女的出生體重。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between prenatal examination and birth weight of children in Shaanxi province by using multi-level linear model. Methods stratified multi-stage random sampling was used to collect the information of 1549 year old women and their children who were pregnant from 2010 to 2013 in Shaanxi province by one-to-one questionnaire from August to November 2013. Three multilevel linear models were established using the number of antenatal examinations and the birth weight of the children as independent variables and dependent variables, respectively, by adjusting the confounding factors step by step. Among them, Model 1 only analyzed the number of antenatal examination variables: model 2. On the basis of Model 1, the relevant social demographic characteristics were further corrected. On the basis of Model 2, the factors of birth, health care during pregnancy, lifestyle and health status during pregnancy were further corrected.
