【摘要】：面對日益嚴(yán)峻的食品安全形勢,加強(qiáng)對食品檢驗(yàn)檢測的力度愈發(fā)重要,在當(dāng)前的社會發(fā)展新形勢之下要想充分保障我國的食品安全,微生物檢驗(yàn)檢測手段必不可少。本文基于對食品微生物檢驗(yàn)檢測范圍的介紹,進(jìn)而就提出了免疫學(xué)技術(shù)、分子生物技術(shù)、代謝法技術(shù)及儀器法技術(shù)等目前一些主流的食品微生物檢驗(yàn)檢測關(guān)鍵技術(shù),以期能夠提供一些有價值的參考信息。
[Abstract]:In the face of the increasingly severe food safety situation, it is more and more important to strengthen the strength of food inspection and detection. In order to fully guarantee the food safety in China under the new situation of current social development, microbial testing is essential. Based on the introduction of the detection range of food microorganism, this paper puts forward some key technologies such as immunology, molecular biology, metabolism and instrumentation, and so on. In order to provide some valuable reference information.
