四種飲用水對小鼠肝腎功能及臟器鋅鐵含量的影響

【摘要】:目的探討4種飲用水對小鼠肝腎功能及各臟器鋅鐵含量的影響。方法分別測定純水、自來水、礦泉水和過濾水中鋅、鐵濃度。將80只清潔級ICR小鼠隨機(jī)分為4組,每組20只,雌雄各半,分別用純水(對照組)、自來水、礦泉水和過濾水喂養(yǎng),90 d后眼球采血,測定小鼠血清谷丙轉(zhuǎn)氨酶(ALT)、總蛋白(TP)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(UA)及肌酐(Cr)含量,隨后立即處死小鼠,取肝臟、腎臟、心臟、胰腺及腦測定鋅、鐵含量,并制作肝腎組織石蠟切片觀察其形態(tài)學(xué)變化。結(jié)果過濾水組小鼠血清Cr含量[(36.00±8.83)μmol/L]明顯低于純水組、自來水組及礦泉水組[(44.83±12.64)、(44.56±10.52)、(43.79±10.53)μmol/L],差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);純水組小鼠肝臟、腎臟鋅含量[(33.17±6.18)、(16.69±8.12)μg/g]明顯低于過濾水組[(45.31±7.32)、(22.61±6.01)μg/g],差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);小鼠血清Cr與腎臟鋅含量呈顯著負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系(r=-0.300,P0.05);不同組小鼠血清ALT、TP、BUN、UA及各臟器內(nèi)鐵含量差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,同時(shí)肝腎組織結(jié)構(gòu)未見異常。結(jié)論長期飲用過濾水有利于腎小球?yàn)V過屏障功能的發(fā)揮,其可能與腎鋅水平提高有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effects of four kinds of drinking water on liver and kidney function and zinc and iron content in various organs of mice. Methods the concentrations of zinc and iron in pure water, tap water, mineral water and filtered water were determined respectively. 80 ICR mice of clean grade were randomly divided into 4 groups, 20 rats in each group, half male and half female. Blood was collected from eyeball after feeding with pure water (control group), tap water, mineral water and filtered water for 90 days. Serum glutamate-alanine aminotransferase (ALT),) total protein (TP), urea nitrogen (TP), urea-nitrogen (BUN), uric acid (UA) and creatinine (Cr) were measured. The mice were killed immediately. The contents of zinc and iron in liver, kidney, heart, pancreas and brain were measured. Paraffin sections of liver and kidney were made to observe the morphological changes. Results the content of serum Cr in the filtered water group [(36.00 鹵8.83) 渭 mol/L] was significantly lower than that in the pure water group and the tap water group and mineral water group [(44.83 鹵12.64), (44.56 鹵10.52), (43.79 鹵10.53) 渭 mol/L] (P0.05). The content of zinc in kidney [(33.17 鹵6.18), (16.69 鹵8.12) 渭 g / g] was significantly lower than that in filtered water group [(45.31 鹵7.32), (鹵22.61 鹵6.01) 渭 g / g], the difference was significant (P0.05), and there was a significant negative correlation between serum Cr and renal zinc content (r-0.300P0.05). At the same time, there was no abnormal structure of liver and kidney. Conclusion drinking filtered water for a long time is beneficial to play the function of glomerular filtration barrier, which may be related to the increase of zinc level in kidney.
