【摘要】：針對現(xiàn)階段政府監(jiān)管主導(dǎo)下的職業(yè)健康治理模式存在的不足,從社會組織的角色定位、社會組織參與下的職業(yè)健康治理體系構(gòu)成與運(yùn)行機(jī)制等方面提出建議,并以目前多個地方現(xiàn)行的社會組織參與下的職業(yè)健康治理實(shí)踐工作為例,對相關(guān)治理模式進(jìn)行分析與總結(jié),本文所提出的社會組織參與下的治理模式可以為各級政府和企業(yè)進(jìn)一步提高相關(guān)職業(yè)健康治理水平提供參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:In view of the shortcomings of the occupational health governance mode under the guidance of government supervision at present, this paper puts forward some suggestions from the following aspects: the role orientation of social organizations, the constitution and operation mechanism of occupational health governance system with the participation of social organizations, etc. Taking the practice of occupational health management with the participation of many local social organizations as an example, this paper analyzes and summarizes the relevant governance models. The governance model proposed in this paper can provide reference for governments and enterprises at all levels to further improve the level of occupational health governance.
