【摘要】：目的分析萬(wàn)州區(qū)2012-2016年5歲以下兒童主要死亡原因,比較城鄉(xiāng)兒童死亡率、死亡地點(diǎn)和死前是否接受治療狀況,為制定降低兒童死亡率的防治措施提供依據(jù)。方法按照國(guó)際疾病ICD-10標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行死因分類,應(yīng)用Excel2007和SPSS13.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 2012-2016年萬(wàn)州區(qū)5歲以下兒童年平均死亡率為8.97‰,嬰兒死亡占64.71%,1~5歲兒童死亡占35.29%,早產(chǎn)或低出生體重、先天性心臟病是嬰兒的主要死因,溺水等意外傷害是1~5歲兒童的主要死因。農(nóng)村5歲以下兒童年平均死亡率為12.11‰,城市為3.94‰,農(nóng)村和城市5歲以下兒童死亡率、死亡地點(diǎn)和死前是否接受治療狀況經(jīng)χ2檢驗(yàn)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論萬(wàn)州區(qū)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)早產(chǎn)或低出生體重、先天性心臟病、溺水等意外傷害兒童死亡的防治,加大農(nóng)村婦幼衛(wèi)生投入,以降低5歲以下兒童死亡率。
