基于GAM模型分析南京市循環(huán)和呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病死亡人數(shù)與體感溫度的關(guān)系

【摘要】:研究了在混雜因子的共同作用下,體感溫度的變化對循環(huán)和呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病死亡人數(shù)的影響,采用廣義相加模型對兩種系統(tǒng)疾病的死亡人數(shù)和體感溫度的關(guān)系做了分析.結(jié)果顯示,當(dāng)以周為時間序列單位,體感溫度在20℃以下時,每降低1℃,循環(huán)系統(tǒng)疾病的死亡人數(shù)增加1.31%,降低5℃,增加6.86%;當(dāng)以日為時間序列單位,體感溫度在14℃以下時,每降低1℃,循環(huán)系統(tǒng)疾病的死亡人數(shù)增加1.19%,降低5℃,增加5.79%.同樣以日為時間序列,當(dāng)體感溫度在20℃以下時,每降低1℃,呼吸系統(tǒng)疾病的死亡人數(shù)增加1.41%,降低5℃,增加6.86%,說明體感溫度的冷效應(yīng)對死亡人數(shù)的影響較為明顯.
