【摘要】：目的分析云南文山州2009-2015年麻風(fēng)病新發(fā)病例特點(diǎn),為區(qū)域麻風(fēng)病的防治提供依據(jù)。方法以云南省疾病控制中心提供的文山州2009-2015年麻風(fēng)病新發(fā)病例統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)為數(shù)據(jù)源,使用探索性數(shù)據(jù)分析、GIS空間分析等方法分析新發(fā)病例的人間分布、空間分布及時間分布特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果在人間分布上,新發(fā)病例在年齡分布上集中在10-40歲間,所占比例66.95%,在性別結(jié)構(gòu)上則呈現(xiàn)"男高女低"特征,二者比例為2.06∶1;在空間分布上,全區(qū)有73個鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)分布有麻風(fēng)病新發(fā)病例,占鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)總數(shù)的71.57%,呈現(xiàn)出"低發(fā)廣布"的特點(diǎn),并有集聚分布的特征,經(jīng)GIS局部G-統(tǒng)計(jì)模型分析,區(qū)域內(nèi)分布有3個病例分布熱點(diǎn)區(qū);在時間分布上,從2012年始,文山州麻風(fēng)病新發(fā)病例出現(xiàn)連續(xù)下降趨勢。結(jié)論 2009-2015年,男性青少年是文山州麻風(fēng)病高發(fā)人群,麻風(fēng)病在文山州呈現(xiàn)低流行態(tài)勢,但在全區(qū)分布廣泛,且呈現(xiàn)出一定集聚分布特點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the characteristics of new leprosy cases from 2009 to 2015 in Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province, and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of leprosy. Methods based on the statistical data of new leprosy cases from 2009 to 2015 in Wenshan Prefecture provided by Yunnan Center for Disease Control and Control, the spatial distribution, spatial distribution and temporal distribution of new cases were analyzed by using exploratory data analysis and GIS spatial analysis. Results in the distribution of human beings, the age distribution of the new cases was mainly between 10 and 40 years old, the proportion of them was 66.95, and the sex structure showed the characteristics of "male is high, female is low", the ratio of the two is 2.06: 1, in spatial distribution, There were 73 new cases of leprosy in the whole region, which accounted for 71.57 of the total number of villages and towns, showing the characteristics of "low incidence and wide distribution" and the characteristics of agglomeration. According to the analysis of local G- statistical model of GIS, there were 3 hot spots of case distribution in the region. In terms of time distribution, since 2012, new cases of leprosy in Wenshan state have been decreasing continuously. Conclusion male adolescents were high incidence of leprosy in Wenshan state from 2009 to 2015. Leprosy showed a low prevalence trend in Wenshan state, but it was widely distributed in the whole region and showed a characteristic of agglomeration.
