【摘要】：本工作開發(fā)了一個基于中國女性彩色解剖斷層圖像的體素劑量學模型(VPCF)，并利用FLUKA程序模擬計算光子的AP和PA兩個照射方向下的劑量轉(zhuǎn)換系數(shù)（DCCs, doseconversion coefficients）。 用MATLAB R2010a和PhotoshopCS2對第三軍醫(yī)大學首例女性人體彩色斷層圖片進行了配準、分割等處理工序，最后利用Amira軟件對人體模型進行了三維可視化。建立了一個體素精度為1.61mm×1.61mm×5mm，體素數(shù)量為3,958,663，包含扁桃體、卵巢、眼球、眼晶體、胃、唾液腺、牙齒、脾臟、膀胱、肝臟、心臟、胰臟、腎上腺、膽囊、乳腺、子宮、肌肉、胸腔外區(qū)、氣管、食管、胸腺、甲狀腺、皮膚、腎臟、腦、肺、紅骨髓、大腸、小腸等35個組織或器官的中國成年女性體素模型。 利用Fortran編程將VPCF在蒙特卡羅程序FLUKA中實現(xiàn)。在國內(nèi)首次用基于光子逐點截面庫EPDL97的FLUKA程序計算了光子能量在0.02MeV-10MeV范圍內(nèi)的20個能量點、外照射方向為AP和PA的自由空氣比釋動能到器官吸收劑量或有效劑量的劑量轉(zhuǎn)換系數(shù)。對骨表面、紅骨髓、皮膚等特殊器官，選擇了較為合適的劑量計算方法。 對模擬計算數(shù)據(jù)進行了充分的分析工作。較系統(tǒng)地評價了VPCF模型與ICRP女性參考人體素模型、數(shù)學模型和CRAM的光子外照射劑量轉(zhuǎn)換系數(shù)的差異，，并給出了合理的解釋。有效劑量轉(zhuǎn)換系數(shù)的差別不像單個器官的那么大。在光子能區(qū)（20keV-80keV），AP方向照射，VPCF模型與Regina模型的有效劑量DCCs基本相等，但對PA方向照射，VPCF模型有效劑量DCCs比Regina模型的大12.4%。在能區(qū)（80keV-10MeV），AP、PA方向照射，總體上VPCF模型有效劑量的DCCs比Regina模型大0.85%。
[Abstract]:In this work, a volumetric dosimetry model (VPCF),) based on Chinese female color anatomical sectional images was developed, and the dosimetric conversion coefficient (DCCs, doseconversion coefficients).) was simulated by FLUKA program in the direction of AP and PA of photons. MATLAB R2010a and PhotoshopCS2 were used to deal with the first female human body color tomographic images in the third military Medical University. Finally, the 3D visualization of the human body model was carried out by using Amira software. An individual hormone with a precision of 1.61mm 脳 1.61mm 脳 5 mm and a volume of 3 ~ 958 ~ 663 mm was established. VPCF is realized in Monte Carlo program FLUKA by Fortran programming. For the first time in China, a FLUKA program based on the photon point-by-point cross-section library (EPDL97) is used to calculate the dose conversion coefficients of the free air specific kinetic energy from the photon energy in the range of 0.02MeV-10MeV to the absorbed dose or effective dose of the organ with the directions of AP and PA. A more suitable dose calculation method was selected for special organs such as bone surface, red bone marrow, skin and so on. Full analysis of the simulated data is carried out. The difference of dose conversion coefficient between VPCF model and ICRP female reference anthropomorphine model, mathematical model and CRAM is systematically evaluated, and a reasonable explanation is given. The difference in effective dose conversion coefficients is not as large as that of individual organs. The effective dose of VPCF model irradiated in the photon energy region (20keV-80keV) in the AP direction is basically equal to that in the Regina model, but the effective dose DCCs in the PA direction irradiation model is 12.4% larger than that in the Regina model. On the whole, the effective dose of DCCs in VPCF model was 0.85 larger than that in Regina model.
