三七-茜草宮內(nèi)緩釋硅橡膠棒的制備及體外釋放性能的初步評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:制備三七-茜草宮內(nèi)緩釋硅橡膠棒并對(duì)其進(jìn)行體外釋放性能的初步評(píng)價(jià)。采用開煉機(jī)開練法進(jìn)行硅橡膠的塑煉。采用正交試驗(yàn)法進(jìn)行硅橡膠與藥物的混煉工藝參數(shù)優(yōu)選。采用單因素試驗(yàn)法進(jìn)行硅橡膠棒硫化工藝參數(shù)的優(yōu)選。以人參皂苷Rg1、人參皂苷Rb1、三七皂苷R1、羥基茜草素、大葉茜草素為指標(biāo),進(jìn)行體外釋放性能的初步評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果顯示,硅橡膠與藥物混煉的最佳工藝參數(shù)為:輥距2 mm,速比1∶1.2,前輥溫55~60℃,后輥溫50~55℃,塑煉時(shí)間20 min。硅橡膠棒的最佳硫化工藝參數(shù)為:溫度90℃,時(shí)間60 min。體外釋放度試驗(yàn)表明,三七-茜草宮內(nèi)緩釋硅橡膠棒在模擬宮腔液中的藥物釋放符合Higuchi方程,到90 d,人參皂苷Rg1、人參皂苷Rb1及三七皂苷R1的累積釋放度為46.7%,羥基茜草素及大葉茜草素的累積釋放度為51.9%。結(jié)果表明,三七-茜草宮內(nèi)硅橡膠棒制備工藝合理可行,具備良好的緩釋特性。
[Abstract]:Preparation of Panax Notoginseng-Rubidium Rubidiae intrauterine sustained release silicone rubber rod and its in vitro release performance preliminary evaluation. Silicone rubber molding was carried out by means of opening and scouring process. The orthogonal test was used to optimize the mixing process parameters of silicone rubber and medicine. Single factor test method was used to optimize the technological parameters of silicone rubber rod vulcanization. Ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Rb1, panax notoginsenoside R1 hydroxyl alizarin and alizarin macrophylla were used as indexes to evaluate the release performance in vitro.
