【摘要】：目的調查評估貴州省區(qū)域人口長壽水平狀況。方法選擇新的評價指標:(1)90歲以上老齡人口占65歲以上老齡人口的比例(LI%);(2)百歲老人占90歲以上老齡人口的比例(CI%);(3)百歲老人占65以上老齡人口萬分比(UC)等綜合分析。結果在長壽人口的城鄉(xiāng)分布中,鄉(xiāng)村65歲及以上老年人口的比例最高,但長壽人口比例卻是最低的。通過多種長壽指數(shù)的分析發(fā)現(xiàn),在全省各市州中,六盤水市顯示出較高的長壽水平。在縣域水平上也并未顯示出社會經(jīng)濟較發(fā)達地區(qū)長壽水平高,可見長壽水平較高的地區(qū)并非經(jīng)濟發(fā)達地區(qū)。結論長壽水平不僅受到社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的影響,同時也受到氣候、環(huán)境以及個人遺傳等因素的影響。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and evaluate the longevity level of population in Guizhou province. Methods A new evaluation index was selected: (1) the proportion of the aged population over 90 years old (LI%); (2) the proportion of 100 years old people to the aged population over 90 years old population (CI%); (3) 100 years old and over 65 years old population was more than that of (UC) and so on. Results in the urban and rural distribution of longevity population, the proportion of rural population aged 65 and above was the highest, but the proportion of longevity population was the lowest. It is found that Liupanshui city has a high longevity level in all cities and states of the province through the analysis of several longevity indices. The county level does not show that the social and economic developed areas have a high longevity level, it can be seen that the areas with higher longevity level are not economically developed areas. Conclusion the longevity level is affected not only by social and economic development, but also by climate, environment and individual heredity.
