臭氧不同作用方式殺菌效果比較

【摘要】:目的比較臭氧不同作用方式的殺菌效果,為實(shí)際消毒應(yīng)用提供參考。方法采用載體和懸液定量殺菌試驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)臭氧氣體熏蒸和臭氧水浸泡殺菌效果進(jìn)行比較觀察。結(jié)果該臭氧發(fā)生器在1 m3密閉箱中產(chǎn)生的臭氧濃度隨機(jī)器運(yùn)行時(shí)間增加而升高,運(yùn)行60 min后臭氧濃度超過(guò)70 mg/m~3。密閉箱中氣體臭氧濃度達(dá)到80.86 mg/m~3,作用90 min對(duì)載體上大腸桿菌殺滅率為96.90%。水中臭氧濃度為3.0 mg/100ml,作用5 min,對(duì)水中大腸桿菌平均殺滅率為99.92%。水中臭氧濃度為20.64 mg/L,作用30 min,對(duì)載體上大腸桿菌平均殺滅率為99.91%。結(jié)論臭氧氣體熏蒸對(duì)載體上大腸桿菌殺滅效果較差,對(duì)水體中大腸桿菌殺滅效果最好。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the germicidal effect of ozone in different ways, and to provide reference for practical disinfection application. Methods the bactericidal efficacy of ozone fumigation and ozone water soaking was compared by carrier and suspension quantitative germicidal test. Results the ozone concentration produced by the ozone generator increased with the increase of the operating time of the machine. After 60 min of operation, the ozone concentration exceeded 70 mg/m~3.. The concentration of ozone in the sealed chamber reached 80.86 mg/m~3, and the killing rate of Escherichia coli on the carrier was 96.90 min. The average killing rate of Escherichia coli in water was 99.92% when the ozone concentration was 3.0 mg/100ml, for 5 min,. The average killing rate of Escherichia coli on the carrier was 99.91 when the ozone concentration in water was 20.64 mg/L, for 30 min,. Conclusion Ozone fumigation is the best in killing Escherichia coli on the carrier.
