【摘要】：青春期是指從兒童到成人的過渡時期,是個體生長發(fā)育的重要里程碑。自19世紀早期到20世紀中葉,隨著社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,世界范圍內(nèi)多個國家和地區(qū)的女孩青春期啟動年齡出現(xiàn)不同程度的提前。此后,在發(fā)展中國家和地區(qū)女孩青春期啟動年齡持續(xù)提前的同時,部分西方國家呈現(xiàn)出趨于停滯甚至推遲的現(xiàn)象。研究表明,青春期啟動時間早晚和持續(xù)時間長短會對個體成年期的健康產(chǎn)生重要影響。因此,本文對各國女孩青春期啟動及發(fā)育的長期趨勢進行了綜述。
[Abstract]:Adolescence refers to the transition period from children to adults, which is an important milestone of individual growth and development. From the early 19th century to the middle of the 20th century, with the development of social economy, the onset age of puberty of girls in many countries and regions all over the world appeared in different degrees. Since then, while the onset age of puberty of girls in developing countries and regions has continued to advance, some western countries have tended to stagnate or even delay. Studies have shown that the onset time and duration of puberty have an important effect on the health of an individual in adulthood. Therefore, this paper reviews the long-term trends of puberty initiation and development of girls in various countries.
