【摘要】：目的了解青少年傷害相關(guān)行為流行現(xiàn)況及其影響因素,為制訂有效的健康教育措施預(yù)防青少年傷害發(fā)生提供參考。方法參考"中國青少年健康相關(guān)行為調(diào)查問卷"自行設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問卷,對隨機(jī)選取的廣西、四川、山東、甘肅4省892名中學(xué)生進(jìn)行自填式匿名調(diào)查,采用χ2檢驗(yàn)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果非故意傷害行為中,學(xué)生去不安全場所游泳和滑冰行為發(fā)生率為9.4%和12.2%。男生騎車違規(guī)、步行違規(guī)、去不安全場所游泳/滑冰行為發(fā)生率均高于女生(P值均0.05);故意傷害行為中,20.3%的中學(xué)生曾與他人動手打架,男生明顯高于女生,初中生高于高中生,獨(dú)生子女高于非獨(dú)生子女(P值均0.05);中學(xué)生孤獨(dú)感檢出率為17.5%;中學(xué)生自殺意念、自殺計(jì)劃、自殺未遂檢出率分別為9.8%,2.9%,1.5%,高中生高于初中生,城市學(xué)生高于農(nóng)村學(xué)生,獨(dú)生子女高于非獨(dú)生子女(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論青少年同時(shí)存在多種故意傷害和非故意傷害行為,需要特別關(guān)注青少年的自殺問題。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of injury-related behaviors in adolescents and its influencing factors so as to provide a reference for effective health education measures to prevent the occurrence of injuries among adolescents. Methods 892 middle school students from Guangxi, Sichuan, Shandong and Gansu provinces were randomly selected to carry out self-filling anonymous survey with 蠂 ~ 2 test. Results the incidence of swimming and skating in unsafe places was 9.4% and 12.2% respectively. The incidence of swimming / skating in unsafe places was higher in boys than in girls (P < 0.05), and 20.3% of middle school students had fought with others in intentional injury behavior, boys were significantly higher than girls and junior high school students were higher than high school students. The detection rate of loneliness in middle school students was 17.5.The detection rate of suicidal ideation and suicide plan of middle school students were 9.82.9and 1.5.The rate of high school students was higher than that of junior high school students, and urban students were higher than those of rural students. The only child was higher than the non-only child (P < 0.05). Conclusion there are many kinds of intentional and unintentional injury behaviors in adolescents, so it is necessary to pay special attention to the suicide of adolescents.
