【摘要】：[目的]探討抑郁癥狀在熱電廠工人中的流行病學(xué)特征及其相關(guān)因素。[方法]以整群抽樣方法,抽取某熱電廠498名工人為研究對象。使用問卷調(diào)查其人口統(tǒng)計學(xué)特征、職業(yè)緊張相關(guān)因素和抑郁癥狀情況。應(yīng)用SPSS 13.0軟件對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行t檢驗、方差分析、χ~2檢驗和多因素非條件logistic回歸等統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。[結(jié)果]有效問卷429份。熱電廠工人的抑郁癥狀發(fā)生率為30.3%(130/429);現(xiàn)工齡6~15年組的抑郁癥狀發(fā)生率為41.4%,高于≤6年組和15年組(P0.001);單身或離異工人的抑郁癥狀的發(fā)生率為42.6%,高于已婚工人(χ~2=7.31,P0.05)。多因素非條件logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示:單身或離異、每日緊張感程度大、負(fù)性情緒多、角色沖突嚴(yán)重和軀體需求多是抑郁癥狀的危險因素(OR=4.560、3.013、4.808、1.815、1.890,均P0.05),而高回報是保護(hù)因素(OR=0.424,P0.05)。[結(jié)論]熱電廠工人的心理健康狀況值得關(guān)注,可通過增加回報,緩解每日緊張感和負(fù)性情緒,減少角色沖突和軀體需求等來降低其發(fā)生抑郁癥狀的風(fēng)險。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the epidemiological characteristics and related factors of depressive symptoms in thermal power plant workers. Methods: 498 workers in a thermal power plant were selected by cluster sampling. The demographic characteristics, occupational stress related factors and depression symptoms were investigated by questionnaire.
