單過(guò)硫酸氫鉀復(fù)合鹽殺菌效果與影響因素研究

【摘要】:目的研究單過(guò)硫酸氫鉀復(fù)合鹽消毒劑殺菌效果與影響因素。方法采用懸液定量殺菌實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)該單過(guò)硫酸氫鉀復(fù)合鹽消毒劑的殺菌效果與影響殺菌效果的因素進(jìn)行觀察。結(jié)果用含單過(guò)硫酸氫鉀復(fù)合鹽1 000mg/L的消毒液作用60 min,對(duì)懸液內(nèi)枯草芽孢桿菌黑色變種芽孢殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值5.00。用含100 mg/L單過(guò)硫酸氫鉀復(fù)合鹽消毒液作用20 min,對(duì)懸液內(nèi)金黃色葡萄菌和大腸桿菌殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值均5.00;作用7.5 min,對(duì)懸液內(nèi)銅綠假單胞菌的殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值5.00;對(duì)白色念珠菌作用20 min殺滅對(duì)數(shù)值4.00需要150 mg/L。在10~30℃范圍內(nèi),溫度升高可增強(qiáng)單過(guò)硫酸氫鉀復(fù)合鹽殺菌效果;消毒液pH值超過(guò)5.0使該消毒劑殺菌效果下降;在菌懸液內(nèi)含25%以上的小牛血清可降低該消毒劑殺菌效果。結(jié)論該單過(guò)硫酸氫鉀復(fù)合鹽消毒劑具有廣譜、高效殺菌效果,作用溫度、pH值和有機(jī)物對(duì)單過(guò)硫酸氫鉀復(fù)合鹽殺菌效果均有影響。

Methods suspension quantitative germicidal test method was used to observe the germicidal effect of the compound disinfectant of potassium hydrogen persulfate and the factors affecting the bactericidal effect. Results the logarithmic value of Bacillus subtilis var. Niger spore in suspension was killed by the disinfectant solution containing potassium persulfate compound salt for 1 000mg/L for 60 min,. The killing logarithm values of Grape aureus and Escherichia coli in suspension were 5.00 with the disinfectant containing 100 mg/L potassium hydrogen monosulfate compound salt for 20 min, the logarithmic value of killing Pseudomonas aeruginosa in suspension with 7.5 min, was 5.00, and that with Candida albicans was 5.00.
