【摘要】：目的了解取消強(qiáng)制婚檢后,成都市居民的意愿、行為現(xiàn)狀及其相關(guān)因素,為完善成都市婚檢政策提供借鑒。方法采用目的抽樣,抽取成都市3個(gè)區(qū)的18~49歲居民共645人,進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果成都市未婚居民婚檢意愿率為74.8%,已婚居民婚檢率為49.5%。阻礙婚檢的原因順位為:平時(shí)體檢健康沒必要婚檢、婚檢會(huì)傷害彼此的信任、害怕有病對方不會(huì)結(jié)婚、檢出有病很丟臉、婚檢花費(fèi)大;經(jīng)Logistic回歸分析表明,知曉婚檢(OR=2.694,95%CI:1.565~4.639)、支持婚檢(OR=9.945,95%CI:2.010~49.211)是已婚居民婚檢行為的促進(jìn)因素;年齡(OR=1.112,95%CI:1.020~1.214)、高學(xué)歷(OR=1.889,95%CI:1.045~3.415)和支持婚檢(OR=17.082,95%CI:7.289~40.030)是未婚居民婚檢意愿的促進(jìn)因素;結(jié)論現(xiàn)階段成都市居民婚檢行為的發(fā)生仍缺乏一定行動(dòng)力;在改進(jìn)婚檢項(xiàng)目的基礎(chǔ)上嘗試免費(fèi)婚檢并且強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行可能是提高成都市婚檢率的一項(xiàng)有力措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the wishes, behavior status and related factors of Chengdu residents after the abolition of compulsory premarital examination, and to provide reference for perfecting the policy of premarital examination in Chengdu. Methods A total of 645 residents aged from 18 to 49 years old in 3 districts of Chengdu were investigated by objective sampling. Results the premarital examination will rate of unmarried residents in Chengdu was 74.8 and that of married residents was 49.5. The reasons for hindering the premarital examination are as follows: normally, there is no need for a premarital examination for a physical examination. The premarital examination will hurt each other's trust, fear that the sick partner will not marry, and that it will be humiliating to detect the disease, and that the premarital examination will be costly. The Logistic regression analysis shows that Knowing the premarital examination (OR2.69495 CIW 1.5654.639) and supporting the premarital examination (OR9.94595 CIW 2.0101049.211) are the promotive factors of the premarital examination behavior of the married residents; age (OR1.11295CI1.0201.214), higher education (OR1.88995 CI1.0453.415) and support for the premarital examination (OR17.08295CI7.28940.030) are the promotive factors of the residents' premarital examination intention; Conclusion at present, the behavior of premarital examination of Chengdu residents is still lack of some action, and it is possible to try free premarital examination and enforce it on the basis of improving the item of premarital examination, which may be a powerful measure to improve the rate of premarital examination in Chengdu.
