【摘要】：目的探討雙酚A(bisphenol A,BPA)長期暴露對成年小鼠血清膽固醇和炎癥因子水平的影響。方法將24只健康8周齡SPF級C57BL/6J雄性小鼠隨機(jī)分為正常對照(蒸餾水)組、溶劑對照(玉米油)組和BPA(500μg/kg)染毒組,每組8只。采用經(jīng)口灌胃方式進(jìn)行染毒,染毒容量為0.01 ml/g,每天1次,持續(xù)染毒12周。檢測小鼠血清總膽固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(low density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、腫瘤壞死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)和白介素-6(interleukin-6,IL-6)的水平。結(jié)果 BPA染毒組小鼠血清TC和LDL-C水平均高于正常對照組和溶劑對照組,而血清HDL-C水平均低于正常對照組和溶劑對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。BPA染毒組小鼠血清炎癥因子TNF-ɑ和IL-6水平均高于正常對照組和溶劑對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論長期低劑量BPA暴露可導(dǎo)致成年小鼠體內(nèi)膽固醇代謝紊亂,并可誘發(fā)機(jī)體炎癥反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of bisphenol A exposure on serum cholesterol and inflammatory cytokines in adult mice. Methods Twenty-four healthy 8-week-old SPF grade C57BL/6J mice were randomly divided into normal control (distilled water) group, solvent control (corn oil) group and BPA (500 渭 g/kg) group with 8 mice in each group. The dose was 0.01 ml / g once a day for 12 weeks. The serum levels of total cholesterol (total cholesterol), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (low density lipoprotein cholesterol), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), tumor necrosis factor- 偽 (TNF- 偽) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) were measured. Results the serum TC and LDL-C levels of mice exposed to BPA were higher than those of normal control group and solvent control group, while serum HDL-C levels were lower than those of normal control group and solvent control group. The serum levels of TNF- and IL-6 in BPA-exposed mice were significantly higher than those in normal control group and solvent control group (P0.05). Conclusion long-term low-dose BPA exposure can induce cholesterol metabolism disorder and inflammatory reaction in adult mice.
