【摘要】:目的建立液液萃取-高效液相色譜法同時測定飲用水中呋喃丹、甲萘威、莠去津及百菌清4種農(nóng)藥的檢測方法。方法水樣用二氯甲烷進行萃取,萃取液經(jīng)無水硫酸鈉脫水、氮氣吹干后,用甲醇溶解并定容至1 ml,經(jīng)Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色譜柱分離,以乙腈-水溶液為流動相進行梯度洗脫,柱溫為40℃,流速為1.0 ml/min,二極管陣列(PDA)檢測器檢測,檢測波長為230 nm,以保留時間定性,外標(biāo)法定量。結(jié)果 4種農(nóng)藥在測定范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好(r≥0.999 5),方法的檢出限為0.08μg/L~0.9μg/L,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)為0.32%~4.38%,3個添加濃度水平的平均回收率為83.2%~96.5%。結(jié)論本方法前處理簡單、快速,方法的準(zhǔn)確度和精密度良好,適合于飲用水中呋喃丹、甲萘威、莠去津及百菌清的同時測定。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a method for the simultaneous determination of four pesticides in drinking water by liquid-liquid extraction (LLE) and HPLC for the determination of carbofuran, carbaryl, atrazine and chlorothalonil. Methods the water sample was extracted by dichloromethane. The extract was dehydrated by anhydrous sodium sulfate, then dried by nitrogen, dissolved in methanol, and was separated by Diamonsil C18 (250 mm 脳 4.6 mm ~ 5 渭 m) column.
