【摘要】：對放射工作人員進行個人劑量監(jiān)測是國家規(guī)定的受照劑量評價的法定手段，能定量評價放射工作人員受照劑量的大小及工作環(huán)境的放射安全程度；調查異常值以及發(fā)生的原因是為了提高監(jiān)測工作的準確度，，并防止過量照射造成輻射損傷，保證放射工作人員的健康。 本研究調查了2012年江西省某研究院進行個人劑量監(jiān)測的總共2382名醫(yī)院放射工作人員的外照射個人劑量水平，根據相關國家法律法規(guī)的要求，采用熱釋光劑量方法對外照射個人劑量進行監(jiān)測，對不同工種、不同地區(qū)及不同年份的監(jiān)測率和個人劑量的頻度進行統計和分析；并對每個周期中出現的異常值進行了分類統計，并通過發(fā)放調查表格，結合現場調查和電話咨詢核實個人劑量異常的原因；通過盲樣比對以及對個人劑量監(jiān)測的不確定度的評定來保證該研究院的個人劑量監(jiān)測的準確度。 江西省2012年醫(yī)院放射工作人員的個人劑量監(jiān)測率達到74.04%，有待進一步提高；年有效劑量均小于國家標準規(guī)定職業(yè)人員的劑量限值20mSv，符合安全標準，絕大多數放射工作人員的年有效劑量小于2mSv；全省醫(yī)院放射工作人員接受個人劑量監(jiān)測人數在逐年增加，人均年有效劑量有不顯著程度的減��；2012年內總共出現異常值101人·次，受到過量照射的僅有11人·次，其余均由人為原因造成；3組盲樣測量的相對偏差均不大于30%，判定盲樣比對的結果為合格，其相對擴展不確定度的計算結果均在8%左右，滿足國家規(guī)定的實驗室條件下劑量測量的相對不確定度不超過10％的要求。建議醫(yī)院、放射工作人員以及檢測單位都必須重視個人劑量監(jiān)測的重要性，減少人為影響因素，使測得的個人劑量值真實反映工作人員的實際受照劑量水平。
[Abstract]:The personal dose monitoring of radiation workers is a statutory means to evaluate the dose of the irradiated dose stipulated by the state. It can quantitatively evaluate the size of the irradiated workers and the degree of radiation safety in the working environment. The investigation of abnormal values and causes is to improve the accuracy of monitoring and prevent radiation from excessive radiation. Damage to ensure the health of the radiation workers.
This study investigated the individual dose level of 2382 hospital radiation workers in a total of 2382 hospital radiological workers monitored by a research institute in Jiangxi Province in 2012. According to the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations, a thermoluminescence dose method was used to monitor the individual dose of external exposure, monitoring different types of work, different areas and different years. Statistics and analysis of the frequency of the rate and the individual dose, and the statistics of the abnormal values in each cycle, and the reasons for the verification of the abnormal dose of individual dose by the survey form, the field investigation and the telephone consultation, and the evaluation of the uncertainty of the individual dose monitoring to guarantee the Institute. The individual dose monitoring rate of the hospital radiation workers in Jiangxi in 2012 is 74.04%, which needs to be further improved. The annual effective dose is less than the national standard prescribed by the professional personnel of 20mSv, which meets the safety standard, the annual effective dose of the vast majority of the radiation workers is less than 2mSv; the hospital radiant workers in the province accept individual The number of dose monitoring increased year by year, and the annual per capita effective dose decreased significantly. In 2012, there was an abnormal value of 101 persons and times, only 11 people were exposed to excessive exposure and the rest were caused by human reasons; the relative deviations of the 3 groups were not more than 30%. The results of the blind sample comparison were qualified and their relative expansion was relatively extended. The calculation results of uncertainty are around 8%, which meet the requirements of the relative uncertainty of dose measurement under the state prescribed laboratory conditions. It is suggested that hospitals, radiological workers and testing units should attach importance to the importance of individual dose monitoring, reduce human influence factors and make the measured individual dose values true. The actual dose level of the staff is illuminated.
