【摘要】：目的探討農(nóng)村老年人營養(yǎng)不良狀況及其相關(guān)因素,為采取防治措施提供參考依據(jù)。方法采用分層隨機抽樣方法,對富順縣60歲及以上老年人進行問卷調(diào)查,并選取卡方檢驗、秩和檢驗及有序多分類Logistics回歸方法進行數(shù)據(jù)分析。結(jié)果 303名農(nóng)村老年人營養(yǎng)狀況的均分為(20.52±2.70)分,老年人營養(yǎng)不良率為9.6%,營養(yǎng)不良風(fēng)險率為78.5%,營養(yǎng)正常率為11.9%。有序多分類Logistics回歸分析顯示,經(jīng)濟狀況、日常生活能力、認(rèn)知功能、自評健康狀況是營養(yǎng)不良的獨立影響因素。結(jié)論富順縣農(nóng)村老年人存在營養(yǎng)不良風(fēng)險人群比例很高,經(jīng)濟水平差、日常生活能力差、認(rèn)知障礙以及自評健康狀況差是營養(yǎng)不良的危險因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the malnutrition status and related factors of the elderly in rural areas and to provide the reference basis for the prevention and control measures. Methods a stratified random sampling method was used to investigate the aged people aged 60 and above in Fushun County, and the chi square test was selected, the rank sum test and the ordered multi classification Logistics regression method were used to analyze the data. Results 303 The average nutritional status of the elderly rural elderly was (20.52 + 2.70), the rate of malnutrition of the elderly was 9.6%, the rate of malnutrition risk was 78.5%, and the normal rate of nutrition was 11.9%. orderly multi classification Logistics regression analysis showed that the economic status, daily living ability, cognitive function, and self-assessment health status were independent factors of malnutrition. The proportion of people with malnutrition risk in rural elderly in Shun county is very high, poor economic level, poor daily living ability, cognitive impairment and poor health status are the risk factors of malnutrition.
