【摘要】:正雄性生殖毒性主要表現(xiàn)為內(nèi)在或外在因素對(duì)睪丸和精子的結(jié)構(gòu)損傷和功能影響。隨著生殖毒理學(xué)和生殖流行病學(xué)等學(xué)科的發(fā)展,近年來(lái)對(duì)雄性生殖毒性的毒性作用及其作用機(jī)制的研究日益受到重視。有研究證實(shí),雄性生殖毒性的發(fā)生及發(fā)展既受經(jīng)典遺傳因素調(diào)控,又受環(huán)境因素導(dǎo)致的表觀遺傳修飾改變的影響[1-2]。因此,了解經(jīng)典遺傳機(jī)制和表觀遺傳機(jī)制對(duì)雄性生殖毒性的調(diào)控有利于闡明該類(lèi)疾病的發(fā)病機(jī)制,探索相應(yīng)的預(yù)防與治療方法。本文主要針對(duì)
[Abstract]:Normal male reproductive toxicity is mainly manifested by the effects of internal or external factors on the structure and function of testis and spermatozoa. With the development of reproductive toxicology and reproductive epidemiology, more and more attention has been paid to the study of the toxic effect and mechanism of male reproductive toxicity in recent years. Some studies have confirmed that the occurrence and development of male reproductive toxicity is controlled by both classical genetic factors and the epigenetic modification caused by environmental factors [1-2]. Therefore, understanding the regulation of classical genetic mechanism and epigenetic mechanism on male reproductive toxicity is helpful to clarify the pathogenesis of this disease and to explore the corresponding prevention and treatment methods.
