【摘要】：目的了解合肥地區(qū)大學(xué)生婚前性行為狀況,分析影響大學(xué)生婚前性行為的相關(guān)因素,為在大學(xué)生中開展生殖健康教育提供依據(jù)。方法通過匿名的方式,在合肥市4所大學(xué)進(jìn)行橫斷面問卷調(diào)查,調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括社會人口學(xué)特征、生殖健康知識、性態(tài)度及性行為等。結(jié)果共調(diào)查508名在校大學(xué)生,其中男生260人,女生248人。調(diào)查對象的婚前性行為報告率為8.9%(45/508),男生(14.6%)高于女生(2.8%),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(X~2=21.864,P0.001);在有性行為的學(xué)生中,超過90%不了解性傳播疾病。多因素分析結(jié)果表明,大學(xué)生婚前性行為的危險因素包括男性、對性行為持接納的態(tài)度、同伴中存在婚前性行為和學(xué)校周圍賓館不需要出示身份證入住等。結(jié)論婚前性行為正在威脅在校大學(xué)生的生殖健康,應(yīng)引起學(xué)校和教育主管部門的高度重視。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the status of premarital sexual behavior among college students in Hefei, and to analyze the related factors affecting premarital sexual behavior, so as to provide evidence for carrying out reproductive health education among college students. Methods A cross-sectional questionnaire survey was conducted in 4 universities in Hefei by anonymous method. The survey included social demographic characteristics, knowledge of reproductive health, sexual attitude and sexual behavior. Results A total of 508 college students were investigated, including 260 boys and 248 girls. The reported rate of premarital sexual behavior was 8.9% 45 / 508g, 14.6% for boys) higher than 2.810% for girls, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.001). More than 90% of the students who had sex had no knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). The results of multivariate analysis showed that the risk factors of premarital sexual behavior of college students included male acceptance of sex behavior and the presence of pre-marital sexual behavior among their peers and the need to check in hotels around the school without ID card. Conclusion premarital sex is threatening the reproductive health of college students.
