孕期甲基供體營養(yǎng)素與子代DNA甲基化關(guān)系的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:孕期的營養(yǎng)對子代的健康起著非常重要的作用。葉酸、維生素B_(12)、膽堿、甜菜堿和蛋氨酸等營養(yǎng)素作為甲基基團(tuán)供體直接影響DNA的甲基化,與子代健康關(guān)系密切。作為表觀遺傳學(xué)的重要組成部分之一,DNA甲基化在維持正常細(xì)胞功能、調(diào)節(jié)基因表達(dá)以及胚胎發(fā)育過程中起著重要作用。近年來的研究表明孕期營養(yǎng)可通過改變基因組DNA和/或特定基因啟動子區(qū)域甲基化水平,進(jìn)而對子代健康造成深遠(yuǎn)的影響。因此,該文就孕期甲基供體營養(yǎng)素對DNA甲基化的影響,從分子水平探討其對子代健康的作用。
[Abstract]:Nutrition during pregnancy plays a very important role in the health of the offspring. Folic acid, vitamin B_ (12), choline, betaine and methionine, as methyl group donors directly influence the methylation of DNA, are closely related to the health of the progeny. As an important component of epigenetics, DNA methylation is used to maintain normal cell function and regulate Gene expression and embryonic development play an important role. Recent studies have shown that pregnancy nutrition can affect the health of the progeny by changing the level of methylation in the genomic DNA and / or specific gene promoter regions.
