【摘要】:目的了解與熱浪相關(guān)的主要癥狀,揭示有癥狀人群的人群特征,進(jìn)而識別熱浪的脆弱人群,為制定合理有效的適應(yīng)性政策提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法于2013年7月在北京市西城區(qū)和順義區(qū)開展熱浪癥狀的問卷調(diào)查,采用多階段分層抽樣,采用入戶調(diào)查形式,實(shí)際獲取樣本量為1 228人;調(diào)查內(nèi)容為熱浪相關(guān)癥狀及人群特征(居住區(qū)域、性別、年齡、患慢性病以及職業(yè))。結(jié)果全部調(diào)查人群中,共有710人經(jīng)歷過熱浪,其中385人曾在熱浪期間出現(xiàn)相關(guān)癥狀,約占全部調(diào)查人群的31.4%。熱浪期間出現(xiàn)較多的癥狀依次為頭暈、頭疼等,心情煩躁、易怒等,失眠、多夢等,心跳過速、血壓升高等,惡心、嘔吐、食欲不振等。城區(qū)(西城區(qū))與郊區(qū)(順義區(qū))有癥狀人群的比例差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.1);女性有癥狀者的比例高于男性;≥65歲人群高于65歲以下人群;患慢性病人群高于非慢性病人群;離退休人員和企事業(yè)單位人員的比例高于一般人群(均P0.1)。結(jié)論北京市曾在熱浪期間出現(xiàn)癥狀的人群比例較高,女性、老人、慢性病患者、離退休人員和企事業(yè)單位人員是熱浪的脆弱人群,應(yīng)重點(diǎn)保護(hù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the main symptoms related to heat wave, reveal the characteristics of the population with symptoms, and then identify the vulnerable people of heat wave, so as to provide scientific basis for making reasonable and effective adaptive policies. Methods in July 2013, a questionnaire survey of heat wave symptoms was conducted in Xicheng District and Shunyi District of Beijing. The sample size was 1 228 by multi-stage stratified sampling and household survey. The survey included heat wave related symptoms and population characteristics (living area, sex, age, chronic disease and occupational disorder). Results there were 710 people who had experienced heat wave, 385 of whom had related symptoms during the heat wave, which accounted for 31.441% of the total surveyed population. During the heat wave, the symptoms were dizziness, headache, irritability, insomnia, dreamy, heartbeat, high blood pressure, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite and so on. There was no significant difference in the proportion of symptomatic population between urban area (Xicheng District) and suburb (Shunyi District), the proportion of female with symptoms was higher than that of male, the proportion of 鈮,
