【摘要】：正工作相關肌肉骨骼疾患(Work-related musculoskeletal disorders,WRMSDs)是指職業(yè)活動直接導致或加劇的肌肉、神經(jīng)、肌腱、關節(jié)、軟骨和椎間盤損傷等,主要由重復動作、過度用力、不良姿勢、過度使用、振動等不良工效學因素,不合理的勞動組織過程以及不良社會心理因素等引起。常見的WRMSDs類型有腰痛、肩周炎、肌腱炎、頸肩綜合征和腕管綜合征等。國際勞工組織早在1960年已將WRMSDs列為職業(yè)病,在日本、美國和北歐等發(fā)達國家和地區(qū),WRMSDs是常見的職業(yè)病,占所有職業(yè)病病例的1/3以上~[1]。2015年英國現(xiàn)有WRMSDs病例高達55.3萬例,占所
[Abstract]:Work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WRMSDs) are muscles, nerves, tendons, joints, cartilage, and intervertebral disc injuries that are directly caused or aggravated by professional activities. They are mainly caused by repetitive actions, overexertion, bad posture, overuse, etc. Vibration and other bad ergonomics factors, unreasonable labor organization process and bad social psychological factors. The common types of WRMSDs are low back pain, periarthritis of shoulder, tendinitis, neck shoulder syndrome and carpal tunnel syndrome. The International Labour Organization (ILO) listed WRMSDs as an occupational disease as early as 1960. WRMSDs are a common occupational disease in developed countries and regions such as Japan, the United States and Northern Europe, accounting for more than one third of all cases of occupational diseases. In 2015, there were 553000 cases of WRMSDs in the United Kingdom, accounting for more than one third of all cases.
