某電子企業(yè)噪聲職業(yè)危害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法對(duì)比研究

【摘要】:如今中國(guó)作為發(fā)展中國(guó)家的領(lǐng)頭羊,綜合實(shí)力越來越強(qiáng),在國(guó)際上的影響力也越來越大,工業(yè)發(fā)展水平越來越高,電子企業(yè)的前景越來越好,數(shù)量也急劇增長(zhǎng)。目前,中國(guó)已經(jīng)成為全球最大的電子設(shè)備產(chǎn)品制造基地,可是在電子設(shè)備制造過程中涉及到切割、打磨等工藝,搗碎機(jī)、切割機(jī)、打磨機(jī)及包裝機(jī)等是必不可少的設(shè)備,這些設(shè)備除了維修時(shí)暫時(shí)停止工作,其余時(shí)間均處于運(yùn)行狀態(tài),工作環(huán)境噪聲大,持續(xù)時(shí)間長(zhǎng),長(zhǎng)此下去,會(huì)對(duì)職工身心健康造成傷害,因此該類型企業(yè)噪聲的影響狀況也是不容忽視的。為了增強(qiáng)電子行業(yè)噪聲的職業(yè)健康管理工作,避免噪聲的過度暴露對(duì)職工身心健康的影響,減少資源浪費(fèi),國(guó)家應(yīng)該對(duì)電子企業(yè)噪聲問題突出的車間進(jìn)行噪聲的職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)研究。1目的本次研究是為了分析對(duì)照職業(yè)衛(wèi)生MES評(píng)價(jià)法、澳大利亞職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型、ICMM職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型和職業(yè)危害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指數(shù)法四種評(píng)估方法在電子企業(yè)噪聲職業(yè)危害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估中的使用,聯(lián)合噪聲現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)結(jié)果,尋找電子企業(yè)中針對(duì)噪聲評(píng)價(jià)的方法或者組合,為我國(guó)噪聲職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估準(zhǔn)則提供依據(jù)。2方法選擇該電子企業(yè)噪聲暴露嚴(yán)重的車間作為研究對(duì)象,采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)及多種職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。3結(jié)論通過對(duì)噪聲的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)及四種職業(yè)危害風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估方法的應(yīng)用可得出以下結(jié)論:(1)該企業(yè)噪聲暴露嚴(yán)重的車間有:動(dòng)力水處理車間、空調(diào)機(jī)房、空壓機(jī)房、廢水鼓風(fēng)機(jī)房、濺射車間;(2)通過現(xiàn)場(chǎng)檢測(cè)發(fā)現(xiàn)各車間噪聲暴露情況有所差異,總體來看,各車間中控室噪聲暴露在規(guī)定限值內(nèi)。除此之外,動(dòng)力水處理車間總體處于噪聲超標(biāo)狀態(tài);空調(diào)機(jī)房主機(jī)、壓力表、循環(huán)水泵處噪聲都超標(biāo);空壓機(jī)房中空壓機(jī)和鉚釘機(jī)處噪聲超標(biāo);廢水鼓風(fēng)機(jī)房中鼓風(fēng)機(jī)處噪聲超標(biāo);濺射車間中濺射設(shè)備和清洗設(shè)備處噪聲超標(biāo);(3)通過采用不同方法評(píng)價(jià)該企業(yè)噪聲發(fā)現(xiàn)動(dòng)力水處理車間和空調(diào)機(jī)房噪聲暴露最為嚴(yán)重,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)最高,空壓機(jī)房、濺射車間和廢水鼓風(fēng)機(jī)房噪聲等級(jí)稍低。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, as the leader of developing countries, China has more and more comprehensive strength, more and more influence in the world, higher and higher level of industrial development, and the prospect of electronic enterprises is getting better and better, and the number of electronic enterprises is also increasing rapidly. At present, China has become the largest manufacturing base for electronic equipment products in the world. However, in the process of manufacturing electronic equipment, it involves cutting, grinding and other processes, as well as mashing machines, cutting machines, grinding machines and packaging machines, and so on. In addition to the temporary suspension of work during maintenance, these equipment are all in operation during the rest of the time. The working environment is noisy and lasts for a long time. In the long run, it will cause harm to the physical and mental health of the workers and staff. Therefore, the impact of this type of enterprise noise is not to be ignored. In order to enhance the occupational health management of noise in the electronics industry, to avoid the effect of excessive exposure of noise on the physical and mental health of workers, and to reduce the waste of resources, The State should study the Occupational Health risk Assessment of noise in the Workshop where the noise problem in Electronic Enterprises is prominent. Objective this study is to analyze and compare the occupational health MES evaluation method. Australian Occupational Health risk Assessment Model ICMM Occupational Health risk Assessment Model and Occupational Hazard risk Index method are used in noise occupational hazard risk assessment of electronic enterprises. To find out the method or combination of noise evaluation in electronic enterprise, to provide the basis for the noise occupational health risk assessment criterion of our country, to select the workshop where the electronic enterprise is seriously exposed to noise as the research object. Using field detection and multiple occupational health risk assessment models to evaluate .3 conclusion the following conclusions can be drawn from the noise field detection and the application of four occupational hazard risk assessment methods: 1) this enterprise is seriously exposed to noise. Workshop: power water treatment workshop, Air conditioning room, air compressor room, waste water blower room and sputtering workshop (2) the noise exposure of each workshop was found to be different by field test. In general, the noise exposure of the control room in each workshop was within the prescribed limit value. In addition, the power water treatment workshop is generally in the state of noise exceeding the standard; the noise of the main engine, pressure gauge and circulating water pump in the air conditioning room is over the standard; the noise of the air compressor and the riveting machine in the air compressor room is over the standard; The noise of the blowers in the waste water blower room exceeded the standard, and the noise of the sputtering equipment and the cleaning equipment in the sputtering workshop exceeded the standard. By using different methods to evaluate the noise of the enterprise, it was found that the noise exposure was the most serious in the power water treatment workshop and the air-conditioning room. The highest risk level, air compressor room, sputtering workshop and wastewater blower noise level.
