膳食纖維抗癌作用及其分子機(jī)理的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:綜述了膳食纖維流行病學(xué)和動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)方面的抗癌證據(jù),以及膳食纖維的量與不同類型癌癥發(fā)生率的關(guān)系,分析了膳食纖維通過排毒、消炎、腸道菌群和脂代謝的調(diào)控參與抗癌的機(jī)理;在分子細(xì)胞水平,總結(jié)了膳食纖維對(duì)癌細(xì)胞周期阻滯和促使癌細(xì)胞凋亡的分子機(jī)理,以及其對(duì)癌變信號(hào)通路的調(diào)控。近年來的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),膳食纖維具有抗肥胖、抗心腦血管疾病、消炎和抗糖尿病等生理功能,已成為維系人類身體健康、不能被其它物質(zhì)所替代的一種營養(yǎng)素,被譽(yù)為人體的"第七營養(yǎng)素"。本文將為深入研究膳食纖維的抗癌分子機(jī)理和進(jìn)一步開發(fā)膳食纖維功能性食品提供參考。
[Abstract]:The anti-cancer evidence in dietary fiber epidemiology and animal experiments, the relationship between the amount of dietary fiber and the incidence of different types of cancer were summarized, and the mechanism of dietary fiber involved in anti-cancer by regulation of detoxification, antiphlogistic, intestinal flora and lipid metabolism was analyzed, and the cycle arrest of the dietary fiber to cancer cells was summarized at the level of molecular cell. The molecular mechanism of cancer cell apoptosis and the regulation of the signal pathway of cancerous change. Recent studies have found that dietary fiber has the physiological functions such as anti obesity, anti cardio cerebrovascular disease, anti-inflammatory and anti diabetes. It has become a nutrient that can maintain human health and can not be replaced by other substances. It is known as "the human body". Seven nutrients. "This article will provide a reference for further research on the anti-cancer molecular mechanism of dietary fiber and further development of dietary fiber functional foods.
