幼兒園幼兒缺勤現(xiàn)狀及影響因素研究

【摘要】:研究背景:幼兒期是幼兒身心全面發(fā)展的起步階段,大腦神經(jīng)處于快速生長和定型的關(guān)鍵時期,不斷成熟的大腦皮層為幼兒的心理發(fā)展提供了有力的環(huán)境,這段時間幼兒更容易吸收和學(xué)習(xí)周圍的事物,對幼兒思維和性格的成型起著重要的作用。近年來我國幼兒園幼兒缺勤現(xiàn)象非常普遍,關(guān)于降低幼兒園幼兒缺勤的問題引起了有關(guān)公共衛(wèi)生專家、教育專家和研究學(xué)者的普遍關(guān)注。但從目前國內(nèi)外研究狀況來看,有關(guān)降低幼兒園幼兒缺勤率問題的研究尚處于起步階段,能否采取有效的措施降低幼兒園幼兒缺勤問題,不僅關(guān)系到幼兒的身心健康成長,而且對其一生的健康將產(chǎn)生極為重要的影響。研究目的:本研究采用問卷調(diào)查的方法,了解幼兒園幼兒缺勤的現(xiàn)狀;分析幼兒園幼兒缺勤相關(guān)的影響因素,從而為保障幼兒健康成長提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。研究方法:選取2015年9月至2015年10月期間幼兒園學(xué)習(xí)的幼兒(實際調(diào)查時間為38天),采用問卷調(diào)查法獲取幼兒缺勤情況和相關(guān)信息的影響因素,因幼兒尚缺乏自行填寫問卷的能力,由幼兒家長填寫調(diào)查問卷,幼兒老師填寫每日在園情況記錄表。采用SPSS(19.0)軟件進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析,計數(shù)資料的比較采用χ2檢驗。多因素分析采用logistic回歸模型,調(diào)整性別、家庭類型和兒童戶籍因素后,分析幼兒缺勤情況與相關(guān)因素的關(guān)聯(lián),顯著性檢驗水準(zhǔn)≤0.05。研究結(jié)果:本研究共納入抽取270名在園幼兒家長及其老師作為研究對象,獲得有效家長問卷270份,幼兒在園情況記錄表10259份。1、影響幼兒缺勤的一般因素顯示,獨生子女是一個正相關(guān)因素,OR值為1.322,即獨生子女較易發(fā)生缺勤;父親、母親文化程度的OR值分別為3.54和3.543,說明父母文化程度高可以減少幼兒缺勤事件的發(fā)生;有社區(qū)早教和入托經(jīng)歷的幼兒較少出現(xiàn)缺勤,OR值分別為0.442和0.421;此外,易生病幼兒發(fā)生缺勤事件概率是身體健康幼兒的1.672倍。2、影響幼兒缺勤的日常生活行為顯示,幼兒的飲食習(xí)慣是缺勤事件發(fā)生的風(fēng)險因素,偏食幼兒發(fā)生缺勤事件是不偏食及主動吃飯幼兒的3.284倍;不午休和不能主動排便的幼兒更易發(fā)生缺勤,兩因素的OR值分別為2.190和1.253。3、影響幼兒缺勤的心理健康狀況顯示,幼兒氣質(zhì)類型與幼兒缺勤事件發(fā)生關(guān)聯(lián)顯著,任性、愛哭的幼兒發(fā)生缺勤事件的概率是開朗、活潑的幼兒發(fā)生缺勤事件的3.381倍;少與陌生人接觸的幼兒和面對陌生人時膽小害怕的幼兒缺勤事情發(fā)生的風(fēng)險較高,OR值分別為1.239和1.259。結(jié)論:目前幼兒園幼兒缺勤現(xiàn)象普遍存在,在影響幼兒缺勤的因素中,父母文化程度高的缺勤率較低;開朗活潑,樂觀外向的幼兒不容易發(fā)生缺勤;此外偏食的幼兒缺勤率較高。因此父母有意識的提高自身的文化素養(yǎng)及注重培養(yǎng)孩子樂觀開朗的性格和良好的飲食習(xí)慣,可以減少幼兒缺勤現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生,提高幼兒入園的適應(yīng)性,從而促進幼兒身心健康。
[Abstract]:Background: early childhood is the initial stage of children's physical and mental comprehensive development. The brain nerve is in the key period of rapid growth and stereotype. The maturing cerebral cortex provides a powerful environment for the psychological development of children. It is easier for children to absorb and learn things around, and play an important role in the formation of children's thinking and personality. In recent years, the phenomenon of preschool absenteeism is very common in our country. The problem of reducing the absence of kindergarten children has aroused the general concern of public health experts, education experts and researchers. However, from the current research situation at home and abroad, the study on reducing the rate of absence of kindergarten children is still in its infancy. Whether we can take effective measures to reduce the problem of kindergarten children's absenteeism is not only related to the growth of children's physical and mental health. And the health of his life will have an extremely important impact.
