HACCP體系在某鉛酸蓄電池生產(chǎn)企業(yè)鉛職業(yè)病危害分析和控制中應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的應(yīng)用危害分析與關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn)(HACCP)體系對(duì)某鉛酸蓄電池生產(chǎn)企業(yè)新建建設(shè)項(xiàng)目(簡(jiǎn)稱"建設(shè)項(xiàng)目")進(jìn)行職業(yè)病危害控制效果評(píng)價(jià),并驗(yàn)證效果。方法在對(duì)某年產(chǎn)量為72.7萬(wàn)k VAh鉛酸蓄電池生產(chǎn)企業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行職業(yè)病危害控制效果評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程中,通過(guò)分析鉛煙和鉛塵職業(yè)病危害,確定危害關(guān)鍵控制點(diǎn)(CCP)和關(guān)鍵限值,以及建立CCP監(jiān)督控制程序、糾正措施和建立HACCP體系驗(yàn)證程序等步驟,建立和應(yīng)用HACCP體系,驗(yàn)證HACCP體系應(yīng)用效果。結(jié)果該建設(shè)項(xiàng)目工作場(chǎng)所空氣中鉛煙和(或)鉛塵短時(shí)間接觸濃度(CSTEL)超標(biāo)率為33.3%(17/51);作業(yè)人員血鉛水平偏高(≥1.9μmol/L)者檢出率為2.3%(10/438)。通過(guò)建立HACCP體系指導(dǎo)鉛危害整治后,該建設(shè)項(xiàng)目工作場(chǎng)所鉛煙或鉛塵CSTEL均不超標(biāo),作業(yè)人員血鉛水平偏高者檢出率下降到0.9%(4/438)。結(jié)論 HACCP體系可用于鉛酸蓄電池生產(chǎn)企業(yè)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目職業(yè)病危害控制效果評(píng)價(jià)中,為鉛煙和鉛塵危害的預(yù)防、控制和監(jiān)督管理提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of occupational hazard control in a new construction project of a lead-acid battery production enterprise ("construction project") by using HACCPP system and verify the effect. Methods in the course of evaluating the effect of occupational hazard control on the construction project of 727000 k VAh lead-acid battery production enterprise in a certain year, by analyzing the occupational hazards of lead fume and lead dust, the critical hazard control point (VAh) and the critical limit value were determined. The steps of establishing CCP supervisory control program, correcting measures and establishing HACCP system verification program are also discussed. The HACCP system is established and applied to verify the application effect of HACCP system.
