高氯酸銨對從業(yè)女工卵巢功能的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討高氯酸銨對從業(yè)女工卵巢功能的影響。方法:采用病例-對照研究方法,選取密切接觸高氯酸銨女工37例為暴露組,同一公司無高氯酸銨接觸史者30例為對照組,收集兩組人群的一般人口學特征、高氯酸銨暴露情況、月經(jīng)情況等,采集清晨空腹靜脈血,用放射免疫分析法檢測血清性激素五項水平。結(jié)果:對高氯酸銨暴露組和對照組的FSH、PRL、E2、P和LH水平進行定量分析,未發(fā)現(xiàn)兩組間血清FSH、E2、P、LH、PRL水平差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。將兩組人群月經(jīng)周期分為濾泡期、排卵期和黃體期,分析不同月經(jīng)周期組間性激素水平,結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)兩組間各期激素水平差異無顯著性(P0.05),但從中位數(shù)看,濾泡期暴露組FSH、LH及E2均高于對照組。采用非條件Logistic回歸分析發(fā)現(xiàn)高氯酸銨暴露是影響從業(yè)女工FSH、LH及E2的危險因素。結(jié)論:高氯酸銨暴露對從業(yè)女工血清FSH、LH及E2水平有一定的影響,但其影響的程度尚有待進一步跟蹤監(jiān)測。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of ammonium perchlorate on ovarian function of female workers. Methods: a case-control study was conducted in which 37 female workers in close contact with ammonium perchlorate were selected as exposure group and 30 cases in the same company with no history of exposure to ammonium perchlorate as control group. The general demographic characteristics of the two groups were collected. The morning fasting venous blood was collected and the serum sex hormone levels were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results: the levels of serum FSHE2P and LH in the exposed group of ammonium perchlorate and the control group were quantitatively analyzed. No significant difference was found between the two groups. The menstrual cycle of the two groups was divided into follicular period, ovulation stage and luteal phase. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the levels of sex hormones between the two groups, but from the median, there was no significant difference in the levels of sex hormones between the two groups. The levels of FSH LH and E 2 in follicular exposure group were higher than those in control group. Non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that exposure to ammonium perchlorate was a risk factor affecting FSH LH and E 2 in female workers. Conclusion: exposure to ammonium perchlorate has a certain effect on serum FSHLH and E2 levels of female workers, but the extent of the effects remains to be further monitored.
