【摘要】：目的:了解杭州市余杭區(qū)2015年職業(yè)健康監(jiān)護(hù)的開展情況,為行政部門制定衛(wèi)生政策和職業(yè)病防治對(duì)策提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:根據(jù)余杭區(qū)2015年度職業(yè)病與職業(yè)衛(wèi)生信息監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)年度報(bào)表,使用Excel錄入并整理數(shù)據(jù)庫,按不同規(guī)模、不同經(jīng)濟(jì)類型、不同行業(yè)、不同因素進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:余杭區(qū)2015年度開展職業(yè)健康監(jiān)護(hù)的用人單位有450家,對(duì)接觸有毒有害作業(yè)的30 901人進(jìn)行健康檢查,占職工總數(shù)的33.89%;檢出職業(yè)禁忌證113例,檢出率為0.36%;檢出疑似職業(yè)病25例,檢出率0.08%。不同規(guī)模、不同經(jīng)濟(jì)類型、不同行業(yè)的實(shí)檢率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義;不同行業(yè)、不同規(guī)模的疑似職業(yè)病檢出率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:杭州市某區(qū)職業(yè)健康監(jiān)護(hù)情況不容樂觀,應(yīng)提高用人單位尤其中小規(guī)模私營企業(yè)的職業(yè)病防治意識(shí),重點(diǎn)關(guān)注非金屬采礦業(yè)、化學(xué)原料及化學(xué)品制造業(yè)、計(jì)算機(jī)等行業(yè)的職業(yè)健康監(jiān)護(hù)工作,提高企業(yè)職業(yè)健康監(jiān)護(hù)覆蓋率,規(guī)范開展職業(yè)健康體檢工作,以盡早發(fā)現(xiàn)職業(yè)病和職業(yè)禁忌證,減少職業(yè)人群的健康損害。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the development of occupational health monitoring in Yuhang District of Hangzhou City in 2015 and to provide scientific basis for administrative departments to formulate health policies and occupational disease prevention and control measures. Methods: according to the annual report of occupational disease and occupational health information surveillance system in Yuhang District in 2015, Excel was used to input and organize the database, and statistical analysis was carried out according to different scale, different economic types, different industries and different factors. Results: 450 employers carried out occupational health monitoring in Yuhang District in 2015, and 30 901 people exposed to toxic and harmful work were examined, accounting for 33.89% of the total number of workers, 113 cases of occupational contraindications were detected. The detection rate was 0.36 and the detection rate was 0.08% in 25 cases of suspected occupational diseases. Different scale, different economic types, different industries have statistical significance; different industries, different scale of suspected occupational disease detection rate has statistical significance. Conclusion: the situation of occupational health monitoring in a certain district of Hangzhou is not optimistic. It is necessary to raise the awareness of occupational disease prevention in employers, especially in small and medium-sized private enterprises, and to focus on non-metallic mining, chemical raw materials and chemical manufacturing. In order to find occupational diseases and occupational contraindications as soon as possible, the occupational health monitoring work in computer industry can improve the coverage rate of occupational health monitoring in enterprises, standardize the work of occupational health checkup, and reduce the health damage of occupational groups.
