我國7城市中小學生中西式快餐消費行為比較

【摘要】:目的了解我國7城市中小學生中、西式快餐消費行為情況,為對中小學生進行有效的營養(yǎng)干預提供參考。方法采用三階段分層隨機整群抽樣的方法,從北京、上海、廣州、西安、南寧、濟南和哈爾濱市選取小學一年級到高中二年級(除初三外)共9 141名學生作為研究對象,使用問卷收集中、西式快餐消費情況及對其營養(yǎng)的認識。結(jié)果過去1個月內(nèi),64.8%的調(diào)查對象吃過中式快餐,高于吃過西式快餐的比例(61.8%),且差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=21.64,P0.01)。食用中式快餐頻次為3~4次/月的比例(12.8%)高于西式快餐(12.6%);17.5%的學生食用中式快餐的頻次≥5次/月,高于食用西式快餐≥5次/月的人數(shù)比例(13.0%)。中小學生認為中式快餐食物搭配合理、營養(yǎng)價值高、能量含量高的人數(shù)比例均高于西式快餐,差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2值分別為809.14,1 785.75,212.58,P值均0.05)。結(jié)論食用快餐已成為我國大城市中小學生飲食結(jié)構(gòu)的重要組成部分,消費中式快餐的比例高于西式快餐。應加強對中小學生的營養(yǎng)知識教育,促進其從小養(yǎng)成健康的飲食行為習慣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the consumption behavior of western fast food among primary and middle school students in 7 cities of China, and to provide reference for effective nutrition intervention to primary and middle school students. Methods A three-stage stratified random cluster sampling method was used to select 9 141 students from the first grade of primary school to the second grade of senior high school (except Grade 3) from Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xi'an, Nanning, Jinan and Harbin. Use questionnaire collection, Western fast food consumption and their nutritional awareness.
