【摘要】：有害飲酒可增加某些傳染性疾病、慢性非傳染性疾病和傷害的發(fā)生、傷殘和死亡風(fēng)險(xiǎn),給個(gè)人健康和社會(huì)發(fā)展帶來了沉重的負(fù)擔(dān),已成為當(dāng)前重要的全球公共衛(wèi)生問題之一。目前,國(guó)外針對(duì)有害飲酒所致的疾病負(fù)擔(dān)已開展了大量的研究,采用的方法不盡相同,而我國(guó)對(duì)該領(lǐng)域的研究尚處于起步階段。本文就目前已發(fā)表文獻(xiàn)中關(guān)于有害飲酒所致疾病負(fù)擔(dān)的歸因方法進(jìn)行綜述,為精確估算我國(guó)有害飲酒所致的疾病負(fù)擔(dān)提供參考。
[Abstract]:Harmful drinking can increase the incidence of some infectious diseases, chronic non-communicable diseases and injuries, disability and death risks, and bring a heavy burden on personal health and social development, has become one of the important global public health problems. At present, a large number of studies have been carried out in foreign countries on the burden of diseases caused by harmful drinking, and the methods used are not the same. However, the research in this field in China is still in its infancy. In this paper, the attribution methods of disease burden caused by harmful drinking are reviewed, which provides a reference for the accurate estimation of disease burden caused by harmful drinking in China.
