【摘要】：目的了解母親個性特征因素對嬰兒氣質(zhì)和智能的影響。方法 2014年2月至2014年6月在合肥市婦幼保健所及新站區(qū)婦幼保健所健康體檢門診體檢的4~12月齡正常漢族嬰兒244例,采用卡特爾16項個性因素(16PF)問卷評估母親的個性特點(diǎn),采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的CDCC智能測評量表,4~11月齡嬰兒氣質(zhì)問卷修訂版和12~36月齡氣質(zhì)問卷分別進(jìn)行嬰兒智能測評和氣質(zhì)問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果母親個性因子與嬰兒氣質(zhì)各維度均相關(guān),母親個性某些因子與嬰兒智力發(fā)育指數(shù)、精神運(yùn)動發(fā)育指數(shù)均相關(guān)。聰慧性與注意分散呈負(fù)相關(guān);穩(wěn)定性與活動水平、節(jié)律性、心境負(fù)相關(guān);恃強(qiáng)性與活動水平、節(jié)律性、適應(yīng)性、心境負(fù)相關(guān);興奮性與適應(yīng)性、反應(yīng)強(qiáng)度、注意分散負(fù)相關(guān);敢為性與節(jié)律性、持久性負(fù)相關(guān),與反應(yīng)閾正相關(guān);懷疑性與活動水平、持久性正相關(guān);幻想性與適應(yīng)性負(fù)相關(guān);憂慮性與持久性正相關(guān);自律性與活動水平、節(jié)律性、適應(yīng)性、持久性負(fù)相關(guān);緊張性與節(jié)律性、適應(yīng)性、持久性、注意分散、趨避性正相關(guān)(P均0.05)。穩(wěn)定性與智力發(fā)育指數(shù)(MDI)、精神運(yùn)動發(fā)育指數(shù)(PDI)正相關(guān),敢為性與PDI正相關(guān),憂慮性與MDI負(fù)相關(guān),實(shí)驗性與PDI正相關(guān),緊張性與MDI、PDI負(fù)相關(guān)(P均0.05)。結(jié)論要重視母親心理衛(wèi)生保健工作,從而促進(jìn)兒童智能發(fā)育,促進(jìn)兒童早期發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the influence of maternal personality factors on infant temperament and intelligence. Methods from February 2014 to June 2014, 244 healthy infants of Han nationality aged from 4 to 12 months old were examined in Hefei Maternal and Child Health Institute and New Station Maternal and Child Health Center. The personality characteristics of mothers were assessed by Cattell 16 personality factors (16PF) questionnaire. The intelligence and temperament of infants at 11 months old and 12 ~ 36 months old were evaluated by the standardized CDCC Intelligence scale and the revised version of the questionnaire of temperament of 11 months and 36 months of age, respectively. Results the maternal personality factors were correlated with all dimensions of infant temperament, and some factors of maternal personality were correlated with infant intelligence development index and psychomotor development index. Intelligence is negatively correlated with distraction, stability is negatively correlated with activity level, rhythm and mood, intensity is negatively correlated with activity level, rhythm, adaptability and mood, excitability is negatively correlated with adaptability, response intensity and attention dispersion. Daring is negatively correlated with rhythm, persistence negatively, and reaction threshold positively; scepticism is positively correlated with activity level, persistence is positively correlated; fantasy is negatively correlated with adaptability; anxiety is positively correlated with persistence; self-discipline is positively correlated with activity level, rhythmicity. Adaptability, persistent negative correlation, tension and rhythm, adaptability, persistence, attention dispersion, the positive correlation (P < 0.05). Stability was positively correlated with mental development index (MDI), psychomotor development index (PDI), boldness was positively correlated with PDI, anxiety was negatively correlated with MDI, experimental was positively correlated with PDI, and nervousness was negatively correlated with MDI (P < 0.05). Conclusion attention should be paid to the mental health care of mothers in order to promote the intellectual development and early development of children.
