【摘要】：[目的]了解上海市浦東新區(qū)嬰兒游泳場所的衛(wèi)生狀況。[方法]于2013年7月至2014年3月對浦東新區(qū)全部65家嬰兒游泳場所進行問卷調(diào)查。調(diào)查內(nèi)容包括基本情況、設施及衛(wèi)生管理;采用分層隨機抽樣的方法抽取其中19家進行空氣質(zhì)量、游泳池水水質(zhì)以及環(huán)境物體表面衛(wèi)生狀況監(jiān)測。[結果]結果顯示嬰兒游泳場所面積中位數(shù)為30.0 m2(7~150 m2);游泳場所配備的小池游泳池(1人的游泳池)平均數(shù)為4個(1~20個);39家(60.0%)設有大池游泳池(多人的游泳池);游泳池(桶)的材質(zhì)多以亞克力(41/65=63.1%)和玻璃(12/65=18.5%)為主;下水口設計有50家(76.9%)使用按鍵式,15家(23.1%)使用格柵式;有45家(69.2%)下水口管為連通的。相對濕度均值在淡季(7—10月份)和旺季(12月至次年3月份)差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(t=-3.484,P0.05),二氧化碳均值、游泳池水細菌總數(shù)及大腸菌群合格率在兩季差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(t=-1.454,χ2=0.004,χ2=0.058,均P0.05);環(huán)境物體表面樣品合格率為53.4%(124/232),醫(yī)院附屬、母嬰品機構附設、專業(yè)加盟連鎖及個體創(chuàng)業(yè)等4類游泳場所內(nèi)的環(huán)境物體表面衛(wèi)生合格率差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=5.394,P0.05);臺面類、泳圈類、玩具類、毛巾類及其他等5類不同的環(huán)境物體表面衛(wèi)生合格率差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=10.399,P0.05),其中毛巾類合格率最高(69.7%),泳圈類合格率最低(42.9%)。[結論]浦東新區(qū)4類嬰兒游泳場所環(huán)境物體表面合格率較低,衛(wèi)生部門應加快出臺相關的規(guī)范標準,將該行業(yè)列入監(jiān)管范圍。
[Abstract]:[objective] to understand the hygienic condition of infant swimming place in Pudong New District, Shanghai. [methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted on 65 infant swimming places in Pudong New area from July 2013 to March 2014. The survey included basic information, facilities and sanitation management, and 19 of them were sampled by stratified random sampling to monitor air quality, swimming pool water quality and surface hygiene of environmental objects. [results] the results showed that the median area of swimming area for infants was 30.0 m ~ 2 / 7 / 150 m ~ (2); the average number of swimming pools for one person was 1 person in a swimming pool.) the average number of swimming pools was 1 ~ 20) with a large pool (swimming pool for many persons; swimming pool for one person). The main materials of the pond (barrel) are acrylic (41 / 65 / 63.1) and glass (12 / 65 / 65 / 18.5). There are 50 sewers in the design of 76. 9) 15 with key-press and 23. 1) with grille; 45 with 69.2) the sewer pipe is connected. The difference of relative humidity between July and October in off-season and peak season (from December to March of the following year) was statistically significant. There was no significant difference in the number of bacteria in swimming pool water and the qualified rate of coliform bacteria in the two seasons. There was no significant difference between the two seasons. There was no significant difference in the number of bacteria in swimming pool water and the qualified rate of coliform bacteria in water. There was no statistical significance between the two seasons. There were no significant differences in the number of bacteria in swimming pool water and the qualified rate of coliform bacteria in the two seasons. There was no significant difference in surface hygiene qualification rate of environmental objects in four kinds of swimming places (蠂 2, 5.394, P 0.05, table, swimming circles, toys, etc.). There was statistically significant difference in the surface hygiene qualification rate of towel and other five kinds of environmental objects (蠂 ~ 2 / 10.399 / P0.05). Among them, the qualified rate of towel was the highest (69.7m), and the lowest of swimming circle was 42.9 (P < 0.05). [conclusion] the qualified rate of environmental objects in 4 kinds of infant swimming places in Pudong New area is relatively low. The health department should speed up the introduction of relevant standard standards and include this industry in the scope of supervision.
