【摘要】：目的:了解武漢市中小學學生營養(yǎng)狀況的變化,分析中小學生營養(yǎng)方面存在的主要問題,為制訂和改善中小學生的膳食計劃及營養(yǎng)保健工作提供科學依據(jù)。方法:2004年和2014年4~6月分別從武漢市7個主城區(qū)和8個遠城區(qū)中隨機抽取30個班的在校中小學生為調(diào)查對象,并測量身高、體重,按照標準分析中小學生的營養(yǎng)狀況。結(jié)果:10年時間內(nèi)武漢市中小學男、女學生的超重率和肥胖檢出率均有所升高,營養(yǎng)不良率(生長遲滯和消瘦)均有所下降;市區(qū)和郊區(qū)學生的營養(yǎng)不良率差距縮小(P0.05)。2004、2014年城區(qū)男生、女生的體質(zhì)量指數(shù)(BMI)比較差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);郊區(qū)男生、女生的BMI比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:從2004年至2014年,武漢市中小學生的營養(yǎng)狀況整體改善明顯,城鄉(xiāng)學生的營養(yǎng)不良率均降低,但營養(yǎng)過剩問題亦較嚴重。應(yīng)將超重和肥胖的防治作為武漢市中小學校衛(wèi)生工作的重點。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the changes of nutritional status of primary and middle school students in Wuhan, analyze the main problems in nutrition of primary and middle school students, and provide scientific basis for making and improving the dietary plan and nutrition health care of primary and middle school students. Methods: from April to June in 2004 and 2014, 30 primary and middle school students were randomly selected from 7 main urban areas and 8 distant urban areas of Wuhan as the objects of investigation, and their height and weight were measured, and the nutritional status of primary and middle school students was analyzed according to the standard. Results: the prevalence rate of overweight and obesity among male and female students in primary and secondary schools in Wuhan increased and the rate of malnutrition (growth retardation and wasting) decreased within 10 years. There was no significant difference in body mass index (BMI) between boys and girls in 2014, but there was no significant difference in BMI between boys and girls in suburban areas. Conclusion: from 2004 to 2014, the nutritional status of primary and middle school students in Wuhan City improved obviously, the malnutrition rate of urban and rural students decreased, but the problem of excess nutrition was also serious. The prevention and treatment of overweight and obesity should be the focus of primary and secondary school hygiene in Wuhan.
