【摘要】：1-溴丙烷因其特有的化學(xué)性質(zhì)成為可對(duì)臭氧層造成破壞的一類清洗劑的理想替代產(chǎn)品,廣泛應(yīng)用于精密儀器清洗等生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域。1-溴丙烷具有神經(jīng)毒性、生殖毒性和肝毒性,其中以神經(jīng)毒性最為顯著。本文從1-溴丙烷主要代謝酶、蛋白質(zhì)組學(xué)技術(shù)和神經(jīng)元損傷等幾方面,分析了1-溴丙烷對(duì)神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)毒性作用的可能機(jī)制及典型的生物標(biāo)志。
[Abstract]:1-bromopropane, due to its unique chemical properties, is an ideal substitute for a class of cleaning agents that can damage the ozone layer. It is widely used in the production fields such as precision instrument cleaning. 1-bromopropane has neurotoxicity, reproductive toxicity and hepatotoxicity. Among them, neurotoxicity is the most significant. In this paper, the possible mechanism and typical biomarkers of 1-bromopropane toxicity to nervous system were analyzed from the main metabolic enzymes, proteomics techniques and neuronal damage of 1-bromopropane.
