【摘要】：全球及中國新型城鎮(zhèn)化、工業(yè)化進(jìn)程加快,水利水電開發(fā)導(dǎo)致的移民搬遷群體日益龐大,移民安置,社會(huì)保障,公共衛(wèi)生服務(wù)等已成為國內(nèi)外學(xué)者關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn),健康作為影響移民生產(chǎn)生活和后續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的重要因素尤其受到重視。本文在對(duì)國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,從移民的身體疾病和心理疾病兩個(gè)方面分析移民健康現(xiàn)狀及影響因素,研究移民健康在地域、時(shí)空的差異,并提出移民健康管理對(duì)策,以期為我國健全移民健康政策和加強(qiáng)慢性病防控管理提供決策參考。
[Abstract]:Global and China's new urbanization, the acceleration of industrialization, the development of water conservancy and hydropower resulting in the migration of large groups, resettlement, social security, public health services and so on has become the focus of attention of scholars at home and abroad. Health, as an important factor affecting the production and life of immigrants and the subsequent stable development, has been paid special attention to. On the basis of combing the literature at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the status quo and influencing factors of migrants' health from the two aspects of physical and psychological diseases, studies the differences of the health of immigrants in the region, time and space, and puts forward some countermeasures for the management of the health of immigrants. In order to improve the health policy of immigrants and strengthen the management of chronic disease prevention and control to provide decision-making reference.
