【摘要】:冶金焦化企業(yè)作業(yè)環(huán)境職業(yè)病危害因素種類復(fù)雜,污染嚴(yán)重,生產(chǎn)過程中既存在大量的煙塵廢氣,又產(chǎn)生多種有毒物質(zhì),給作業(yè)工人的健康帶來嚴(yán)重影響。為加強(qiáng)焦化生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的職業(yè)健康管理工作,保護(hù)勞動(dòng)力資源,有必要對(duì)焦化生產(chǎn)過程中存在和潛在的職業(yè)危害因素進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)研究。 收集整理目前國(guó)際上廣泛使用的定性或半定量風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)方法,如羅馬尼亞職業(yè)性事故和疾病的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)性評(píng)價(jià)方法,澳大利亞模式昆士蘭風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)法、新加坡半定量危險(xiǎn)性評(píng)價(jià)方法,通過比較幾種方法,選擇新加坡研究模式,結(jié)合我國(guó)職業(yè)衛(wèi)生工作實(shí)際,對(duì)冶金焦化系統(tǒng)有毒物進(jìn)行職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估。 通過對(duì)冶金焦化系統(tǒng)有毒物質(zhì)職業(yè)健康風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估,識(shí)別冶金焦化系統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)過程中有毒物質(zhì)每一種使用或處理的化學(xué)品可能產(chǎn)生的危害;評(píng)價(jià)暴露有毒或有害化學(xué)品的程度;判定因暴露化學(xué)品所產(chǎn)生不良影響的可能性的大小。對(duì)可能產(chǎn)生暴露危害的不同作業(yè)進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級(jí)。在調(diào)查分析、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分級(jí)的基礎(chǔ)上,找出存在影響的因素,,根據(jù)不同危害級(jí)別采取相應(yīng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)措施。
[Abstract]:The occupational hazards of metallurgical coking enterprises are complicated and polluted seriously. In the production process there are not only a large amount of smoke and dust but also a variety of toxic substances which have a serious impact on the health of workers. In order to strengthen the occupational health management of coking production enterprises and protect the labor resources, it is necessary to evaluate and study the existing and potential occupational hazard factors in the coking production process. Collect and collate the current international widely used qualitative or semi-quantitative risk assessment methods, such as Romania occupational accidents and disease risk assessment methods, Australian model Queensland risk assessment method, The semi-quantitative risk assessment method in Singapore is used to evaluate the occupational health risk of toxic substances in metallurgical coking system by comparing several methods and selecting the Singapore research model and combining with the practice of occupational health work in China. By assessing the occupational health risk of toxic substances in metallurgical coking systems, identify the potential hazards of each chemical used or treated in the production of toxic substances in metallurgical coking systems, and evaluate the extent of exposure to toxic or hazardous chemicals; Determine the likelihood of adverse effects due to exposure to chemicals. Risk classification for different operations that may cause exposure hazards. On the basis of investigation and analysis and risk classification, the influencing factors are found out, and corresponding risk measures are taken according to different hazard levels.
