【摘要】：目的了解無(wú)錫市醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)污水消毒處理設(shè)施的運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀,為醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)及新建項(xiàng)目選擇合理的污水處理方案提供建議和依據(jù)。方法采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查及查閱資料的方法,對(duì)無(wú)錫市16家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)污水處理情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析。結(jié)果 16家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)污水均采用集中式污水處理,配備有污水處理裝置;使用一級(jí)和二級(jí)污水處理系統(tǒng)的分別為9家和7家,15家已采用設(shè)備自動(dòng)投藥的方式;3家使用次氯酸鈉粉劑,2家使用二氧化氯發(fā)生器,其余11家均使用10%次氯酸鈉消毒液進(jìn)行消毒。2013-2015年醫(yī)療污水監(jiān)測(cè)合格率依次為100%、99.5%和100%。結(jié)論無(wú)錫市醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)污水消毒處理及管理情況基本良好,符合國(guó)家排放要求,糞大腸菌群和致病菌檢測(cè)合格率較高,但仍存在污泥處理未予重視、污水處理環(huán)境不佳、污水處理人員安排及培訓(xùn)等問(wèn)題,仍需加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督監(jiān)測(cè)力度,提高消毒設(shè)施運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)率。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the operation status of sewage disinfection treatment facilities in Wuxi medical institutions and to provide suggestions and basis for selecting reasonable sewage treatment schemes for medical institutions and new projects. Methods to investigate and analyze the sewage treatment of 16 medical institutions in Wuxi by field investigation and reference. Results the sewage of 16 medical institutions were treated by centralized sewage treatment, and were equipped with sewage treatment devices. Nine and seven of the first and second class sewage treatment systems have been treated by automatic dosing of equipment. 3 have used sodium hypochlorite powder and 2 have used chlorine dioxide generators. In the other 11 cases, 10% sodium hypochlorite disinfectant was used for disinfection. The qualified rates of monitoring medical sewage in 2013-2015 were 100% 99.5% and 100% respectively. Conclusion the disinfection and management of sewage in medical institutions in Wuxi is basically good, which conforms to the national discharge requirements. The qualified rate of fecal coliform bacteria and pathogenic bacteria is high, but sludge treatment is still neglected, and the sewage treatment environment is not good. In order to improve the operation rate of disinfection facilities, the management and training of sewage treatment personnel should be strengthened.
