【摘要】：目的比較兩種消毒方法對(duì)空氣浮游菌采樣器的消毒效果有無(wú)差異。方法分別采用75%酒精棉球擦拭法和燒灼法對(duì)空氣浮游菌采樣器消毒后進(jìn)行空氣浮游菌采樣,將所得培養(yǎng)皿進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)后計(jì)數(shù)空氣浮游菌細(xì)菌總數(shù),用統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件SPSS 17.0對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理。結(jié)果兩種方法對(duì)采樣器消毒效果的差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論實(shí)際操作中,75%酒精棉球擦拭法優(yōu)于灼燒法,可以滿足采樣器的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)消毒需求。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the disinfection effect of two disinfection methods on air plankton bacteria sampler. Methods 75% alcohol cotton ball wiping method and cauterization method were used to sample the air plankton bacteria after disinfection of the air plankton bacteria sampler, and the total number of air plankton bacteria was counted after the culture of the culture dish. Statistical software SPSS 17.0 was used to process the results. Results there was no significant difference in disinfection effect between the two methods (P 0.05). Conclusion 75% alcohol cotton ball wiping method is superior to burning method in practical operation, and it can meet the demand of spot disinfection of sampler.
