【摘要】：為了探討單調作業(yè)條件下作業(yè)者職業(yè)疲勞及其影響因素,以及作業(yè)者主觀單調感對于職業(yè)疲勞的影響,通過問卷調查的方法對120名汽車廠焊裝生產線車間員工的疲勞狀況、睡眠質量、生活質量、作業(yè)相關要素和主觀單調感進行了調查和數據處理。對該作業(yè)人群的疲勞狀況及引發(fā)疲勞的各項影響因素進行了統(tǒng)計分析及多元回歸分析。分析結果表明,作業(yè)者在單調作業(yè)下產生主觀單調感的現象是普遍存在的,而這種單調感會顯著地影響作業(yè)者的疲勞狀態(tài)。影響作業(yè)者主觀單調感的各相關因素中,作業(yè)環(huán)境和作業(yè)時間是兩個主要因素;而相同的作業(yè)條件下,女性作業(yè)者更容易感到疲勞,也更易于產生單調感。因此,對于作業(yè)者主觀單調感的改善應首先從作業(yè)環(huán)境和作業(yè)時間兩個方面著手。同時對女性作業(yè)者應給予更多的關注。
[Abstract]:In order to study the occupational fatigue and its influencing factors under monotonic working conditions, and the effect of subjective monotony on occupational fatigue, the fatigue status of 120 employees in welding production line of automobile factory was investigated by questionnaire survey. Sleep quality, quality of life, work-related factors and subjective monotony were investigated and data were processed. Statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis were carried out on the fatigue status of the working population and the influencing factors of fatigue. The results show that the phenomenon of subjective monotonicity of the operator under monotonic work is common and this monotone will significantly affect the fatigue state of the operator. The work environment and working time are the two main factors affecting the subjective monotonicity of the operators, while under the same working conditions, the female workers are more likely to feel tired and monotonous. Therefore, the improvement of the subjective monotony of the operator should start from two aspects: the working environment and the working time. At the same time, more attention should be paid to female operators.
