銦錫氧化物對(duì)大鼠體內(nèi)鐵、鋅、銅元素含量的影響

【摘要】:[目的]探討銦錫氧化物(ITO)對(duì)大鼠體內(nèi)鐵、鋅、銅元素含量的影響。[方法]選取SPF級(jí)Wistar雄性大鼠24只,隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組、ITO 3 mg/kg組和ITO 6 mg/kg組。對(duì)染毒組大鼠進(jìn)行肺灌注染毒,每周2次,連續(xù)染毒8周。染毒結(jié)束后,在屏障環(huán)境下繼續(xù)喂養(yǎng)8周。造模結(jié)束后立即處死大鼠,摘取其肺臟、肝臟、腎臟、心臟、脾臟和股骨,經(jīng)微波消解處理后,采用電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法測(cè)定銦、鐵、鋅、銅元素含量。[結(jié)果]與對(duì)照組相比,ITO 3 mg組和6 mg組大鼠肺臟、肝臟、心臟、脾臟、股骨銦含量均更高(均P0.05),肺臟、腎臟中鋅含量更低(均P0.05),肺臟、肝臟中鐵含量更低(均P0.05);ITO 6 mg組大鼠肺臟、肝臟和腎臟中銅/鋅值均高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。[結(jié)論]ITO染毒可降低大鼠肺臟組織中鋅、鐵含量,使銅/鋅值升高,進(jìn)而干擾大鼠體內(nèi)微量元素的平衡。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the effect of indium tin oxide (ITO) on the contents of iron, zinc and copper in rats. [methods] Twenty-four Wistar male rats of SPF grade were randomly divided into two groups: control group, mg/kg group and ITO 6 mg/kg group. Rats in the control group were treated with lung perfusion twice a week for 8 weeks. After the exposure, continue to feed in the barrier environment for 8 weeks. The rats were killed immediately after modeling and their lungs, liver, kidney, heart, spleen and femur were removed. The contents of indium, iron, zinc and copper were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) after microwave digestion. [results] compared with the control group, the contents of indium in the lungs, liver, heart, spleen and femur of rats in ITO 3 mg group and 6 mg group were higher than those in control group (all P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05, P 0.05 respectively). The content of iron in liver was lower than that in control group (P 0.05) and the copper / zinc ratio in liver and kidney was higher than that in control group (P 0.05). [conclusion] ITO exposure can decrease the content of Zn and Fe in lung tissue of rats, increase the value of Cu / Zn, and interfere with the balance of trace elements in rats.
