南京市氣象因素對(duì)居民心血管疾病死亡的影響

【摘要】:目的通過(guò)研究氣象因素對(duì)心血管疾病死亡風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的影響,為患病居民提供應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化的針對(duì)性預(yù)防措施,從而幫助患者有效延長(zhǎng)存活期、提高生存質(zhì)量。方法采用回顧性調(diào)查的方法收集資料,分析南京城區(qū)2003-2007年氣候變化對(duì)居民心血管疾病死亡的影響。分析各氣象因素與疾病日死亡人數(shù)的相關(guān)關(guān)系,并進(jìn)行曲線估計(jì)分析。結(jié)果南京市區(qū)2003-2007年居民心死亡人數(shù)有所上升,但死亡率無(wú)上升趨勢(shì)(X2趨勢(shì)=3.71,P=0.054)。夏季,當(dāng)日最高溫度高于32℃時(shí),心血管疾病的死亡人數(shù)增加(Z=9.24,P=0.001);冬季,隨著日最低溫度的降低,心血管疾病死亡人數(shù)逐漸增加,但是沒(méi)有死亡人數(shù)明顯增加溫度轉(zhuǎn)折點(diǎn)。平均氣壓與之呈正相關(guān)(r=0.27,P=0.001);相對(duì)濕度(r=-0.04,P=0.001)、降水量(r=-0.12,P=0.001)與心血管疾病死亡呈負(fù)相關(guān)。結(jié)論夏季心血管疾病死亡人數(shù)明顯增多的日最高溫度的臨界值是32℃,低氣壓、潮濕的環(huán)境會(huì)增加心血管疾病的死亡人數(shù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effects of meteorological factors on the risk of death from cardiovascular disease, and to provide preventive measures to cope with climate change, so as to help patients prolong their survival period and improve their quality of life. Methods A retrospective survey was conducted to analyze the effects of climate change on cardiovascular death in urban area of Nanjing from 2003 to 2007. The correlation between meteorological factors and the number of deaths per day was analyzed, and the curve estimation analysis was carried out. Results from 2003 to 2007, the cardiac death rate of residents in Nanjing increased, but there was no increasing trend of mortality.
