【摘要】：以高脂飼料建立高血脂癥大鼠模型,將紅樹莓水提取物、50%乙醇提取物、100%乙醇提取物按照大鼠體重以50 mg提取物/(kg·d)對高血脂癥大鼠進(jìn)行灌胃10周,并以等量生理鹽水灌胃普通對照組和高脂對照組。通過測定灌胃前后大鼠體重、計算臟器指數(shù)和動脈粥樣硬化指數(shù)(AI)的變化和大鼠血清總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)水平、肝臟中TC和TG水平、糞便中TC和膽汁酸(TBA)含量的變化,研究紅樹莓提取物的降血脂功能。結(jié)果表明,與普通和高脂對照組相比,本實(shí)驗(yàn)建立的高血脂模型中大鼠的心臟、腎臟、胰腺和肝臟指數(shù)并無顯著變化,且紅樹莓提取物能極顯著降低高血脂大鼠的AI值(p0.01)。同時紅樹莓水提取物和乙醇提取物均能降低血清中TC、TG及LDL-C水平和肝臟中TC、TG水平,升高高血脂癥大鼠血清HDL-C水平,促進(jìn)高血脂癥大鼠體內(nèi)TC和TBA的排出,并抑制高血脂大鼠體重增加,且其乙醇提取物的效果比水提物更加顯著。研究表明紅樹莓提取物具有降血脂功能,且乙醇提取物的降血脂效果優(yōu)于水提取物。
[Abstract]:The rat model of hyperlipidemia was established with high fat diet. The rats with hyperlipidemia were perfused with 50% ethanol extract of red raspberry water and 100% ethanol extract at the dose of 50 mg / kg / d for 10 weeks. The control group and hyperlipidemia control group were perfused with the same amount of normal saline. The changes of body weight, organ index and atherosclerosis index (AII) were measured before and after gastric administration, and the levels of serum total cholesterol (TCN), triglyceride (TGN), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-CU), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were measured. The changes of TC and TG in liver and TC and TBA in feces were studied to study the hypolipidemic function of red raspberry extract. The results showed that the indexes of heart, kidney, pancreas and liver did not change significantly in the hyperlipidemia rats compared with the normal and hyperlipidemia control groups, and the red raspberry extract could significantly decrease the AI value of hyperlipidemia rats. At the same time, red raspberry water extract and ethanol extract could decrease the levels of TCTG and LDL-C in serum and liver, increase the level of serum HDL-C in rats with hyperlipidemia, and promote the excretion of TC and TBA in hyperlipidemia rats. It also inhibited the weight gain of hyperlipidemia rats, and the effect of ethanol extract was more significant than that of water extract. The results showed that the extract of red raspberry had the function of lowering blood lipid, and the effect of ethanol extract was better than that of water extract.
