【摘要】：目的了解阿壩州3-6歲兒童的傷害現(xiàn)狀。方法采用分層隨機(jī)整群抽樣法,對(duì)阿壩州8個(gè)縣城鎮(zhèn)和農(nóng)村4368名3-6歲兒童2014年傷害的發(fā)生情況進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果阿壩州3-6歲兒童傷害的總發(fā)生率為15.04%。其中男童為16.31%,女童為13.13%,男童顯著高于女童(P0.05);不同民族兒童傷害發(fā)生率有顯著差異(P0.05)。在發(fā)生的各種傷害中,跌落傷與撞擊傷的發(fā)生率(64.23%)占首位;傷害受傷部位以手指最為常見(jiàn),占29.83%。傷害發(fā)生地點(diǎn)以家里最為常見(jiàn),占60.88%。受傷時(shí)的活動(dòng)以玩耍娛樂(lè)最為常見(jiàn),占65.14%。傷后93.0%的兒童恢復(fù)正常,但0.45%的兒童致殘。結(jié)論阿壩州學(xué)齡前兒童的傷害情況較為嚴(yán)重,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)兒童傷害的預(yù)防。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the injury status of 3-6 years old children in Aba Prefecture. Methods A stratified random cluster sampling method was used to investigate the incidence of injury in 2014 among 4368 children aged 3-6 years in 8 counties and villages of Aba Prefecture. Results the total incidence of injury in children aged 3-6 in Aba Prefecture was 15.04. Among them, 16.31% for boys and 13.13 for girls, boys were significantly higher than girls (P0.05), and there were significant differences in the incidence of injuries among children of different nationalities. Among all kinds of injuries, the incidence of falling injury and impact injury (64.23) was the first, and the most common injury was finger injury (29.833%). The most common place of injury was at home (60.88%). Play and entertainment are the most common activities at the time of injury, accounting for 65.14%. After injury, 93.0% of the children returned to normal, but 0.45% of the children were disabled. Conclusion the injury situation of preschool children in Aba Prefecture is serious and the prevention of child injury should be strengthened.
