【摘要】：目的了解消毒供應中心包裝區(qū)工作人員的手衛(wèi)生狀況,制定改進措施。方法對包裝區(qū)工作人員進行手衛(wèi)生問卷調查、現(xiàn)場觀察工作人員手衛(wèi)生依從性,對戴手套操作和徒手操作人員分組進行手衛(wèi)生后分別進行監(jiān)測。結果手衛(wèi)生知識方面護士優(yōu)于護工,影響手衛(wèi)生依從性因素較多;現(xiàn)場觀察戴手套操作和徒手操作人員手衛(wèi)生執(zhí)行率分別為55.5%和60.0%;戴手套操作組和徒手操作組手衛(wèi)生監(jiān)測結果顯示兩組人員六步洗手后手衛(wèi)生合格率均為100%,隨著工作時間的延長,戴手套操作組在手消后工作30 min、60 min、90 min后合格率分別下降為94.4%、78.7%、62.9%;徒手操作人員六步洗手后工作30、60、90 min手衛(wèi)生合格率分別下降為95.8%、83.3%、72.9%。結論消毒供應中心檢查包裝區(qū)工作人員的手衛(wèi)生依從性有待提高,在工作高峰期或連續(xù)工作期間,可以選擇涂擦快速手消毒劑來替代六步洗手法。手衛(wèi)生效果應持續(xù)動態(tài)監(jiān)測,連續(xù)工作超1 h應及時重新予以洗手或擦快速手消毒劑消毒。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the hand hygiene status of the staff in the packing area of the disinfection supply center and to formulate the improvement measures. Methods the hand hygiene compliance of the workers in the packing area was investigated by questionnaire survey. The hand hygiene compliance of the workers was observed and monitored after hand hygiene was carried out. Results in the aspect of hand hygiene knowledge, nurses were better than nursing workers, and there were many factors affecting hand hygiene compliance. The results of hand hygiene monitoring in the glove wearing group and the bare hand operation group showed that the qualified rate of hand hygiene in the two groups was 100 after six steps of hand washing, and with the extension of working time, the hygienic execution rate of hand was 55.5% and 60.0% respectively, and the results showed that the qualified rate of hand hygiene in the two groups was 100 after six steps of hand washing. After 30 minutes of hand elimination, 60 minutes and 90 min, the qualified rate of Glove operation group decreased to 94.4 and 78.7, respectively, and the qualified rate of hand hygiene in the barehand operation group decreased to 95.80.83. 3 and 72.9, respectively, after six steps of hand washing. Conclusion the hand hygiene compliance of the staff in the packing area should be improved in the disinfection supply center. During the peak period or during the continuous work period, the hand disinfectant can be applied to replace the six-step hand-washing method. The effect of hand hygiene should be continuously and dynamically monitored, and hand washing or rapid hand disinfectant disinfection should be redone in time for more than 1 hour of continuous work.
